The property is very well located. Breakfast is EXCEPTIONAL with a great variety of food. The only thing is that my friend is lactose intolerant and we asked to provide vegetable milk in the days before getting at the hotel but the request was not met because they forgot to buy lactose-free products even if we asked for that many times. Rooms are comfortable but make sure to ask for a non-smoking room if you are not a smoker. Staff is very nice and informative.

I wouldn't recommend to buy the day trip they propose as they are not well-organised and are very time-consuming. They make stops to pick up all the people in town so if you are okay with driving, just rent a car in Izmir and go places by yourself so you don't waste the whole day. The hotel has a gym which is very big but they don't have a treadmill, that's a pity as the gym space is huge.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, which made my experience even more relaxing. We were very satisfied with this hotel: 1. The location is very accessible for those coming/leaving by car. 2. It is very close to Kemeralti Bazaar, Konak Maidani and Izmir Clock Tower (Izmir Saat Kulesi). 3. For us the biggest advantage was the secure parking on the hotel floor. Car access by elevator. 4. The Turkish breakfast is varied, accessible even for vegetarians: tomatoes, cheeses, assortments of olives, eggs, omelet, hot dogs, cereals, different kinds of jam, cookies, simit, bread, tea, juice. 5. Very helpful, friendly and hospitable staff. 6. The artistic decorations, the aquarium with fish fish and parakeets were very enjoyable. 7. Daily cleaning. 8. Quick access to bus, subway, Konak feriboat station. Highly recommend. If we pass through Izmir again, we will return here. ❤️

1. Bathroom fan, windowless bathroom. 2. No refrigerator in the room, but a drinks cooler. However the staff was helpful and offered to store fruit in the downstairs refrigerator.

Good variety at the big buffet breakfast. Close to transport or you can walk to the Agora, the bazaar, and through to the clock tower and waterfront. Nice rooms for the price and tea and coffee in the cafe all day if you want a break. The bird aviary & fish tank was a nice touch in the dining room.

I could hear neighbours through bathroom vents, the choice of 3 pillows was old pillows stuffed into small pillowcases. Beds are just bottom sheet w light blanket on top which is a bit cool and breezy with the air con blowing. Ask for another sheet & blanket. Tours are better booked online.

The welcoming staff and the great decor of the reception. I was pleasantly surprised. The room, was reasonable sized and most importantly it was not noisy inside. The bed was so comfortable and they even had their minibar filled with treats. That's the first time in a while I have stayed at a "mid ranged" hotel and the minibar had items in it. But most importantly, most importantly, the staff is awesome. Always willing to help, smiling and welcoming. The Hotel is a stones throw away from the Luna Park and as soon as you step out there are delicious restaurants waiting for you. The hotel breakfast was tasty as well. They even offer different pillow options!

Well, I did not mind this too much so I didn't bring it up but my bathroom rain shower was not working, or maybe I couldn't get it to work. Other than that bathroom was totally fitted with toiletries, and yhe handheld shower worked fine. Temperature of water and pressure was good.

The decor of the hotel is top tier. There is also a big enclosure with little parrot birds in the lobby and a model of Clock Tower (symbol of Izmir). Service was great and reception was very helpful, the room looked nice and cozy. Location was perfect for me as it was close to all places I wanted to visit, and there is a supermarket and ATMs nearby. There is also a bus ticket office close to the hotel, they drive you directly to Otogari for free if you buy a ticket - perfect for people who want to travel Turkish cities with a bus

I wish there were more tags with the name of the dish at breakfast - they only had it for select dishes. In the room there was some trash (slipper packaging) on the top of the wardrobe - perhaps cleaning staff missed it when preparing the room

It’s location, Friendly staff, Assistance for travelling around the city and also pick and drop for the airport. Also, they kind a manage to pay the taxi as i was not having local currency and they exchanged the money at the standard rate. On request they did provided the kind of omelette we needed for our breakfast and that was such a kind and helpful assistance from them.

Room was quite small and with an infant kid it becomes quite messy. Also, The Air Conditioner was auto selected with the central air conditioning, which didn’t allowed us to manage and control the temperature. We had to open the windows for fresh air circulation and cold air.

The hotel is in a small road, once you step inside it's like a bizarre time-trip. There's a Mona Lisa in the elevator, egyptian hieroglyphs, greek statues and so on. It's an Orient Express themed pastiche, very funny. The room and bathroom were small but cozy and clean. The location while not glamorous is very convenient: I could explore the historical part of Izmir by feet and the train station is less than 5 minutes away. The staff is very helpful: I had an issue with my luggage after the flight and they handled communication with the airline for me. They also helped me set up a day-trip to Pergamon. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet is amazing. In 3 days I couldn't try all the available options.

Excellent location, right in the centre, 15 minutes walk to the sea and the beautiful promenade, 20 minutes walk to the huge bazaar, lots of bars and restaurants all around. Delicious breakfasts, lots of local fresh produce. The hotel transported me back in time, everything there is Orient Express style. Very clean rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly, they get everything done with a smile. I would very much like to return there again. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Hotel is located on one of the main streets leading to old harbor. Busy and noisy is the down side. Convenience is for sure. It's walking distance to old town bazaar, clock tower and old harbor. We got an upgraded room in the top floor with a small balcony. It's not as roomy but clean and with window closed, we could not hear noise from the busy street. We got a car. Hotel staff helped us with parking and that is very much appreciated as parking and driving on narrow streets and tight spots can be a challenge. Breakfast has lots of choice and adequate to our expectation.
