Excellent location, connected to the mall and surrounded by restaurants and amenities, very confortable, spacious and hygenic rooms, nice sea/land view from the room. Helpfull cooperative attentive staff excellent relations with customers, top! Beautiful ambiance, amazing spa service. There is a relaxing atmosphere. Pool temperature was great for kids and open till 11pm. Strength Wi-Fi capture it allowed me to proceed video calls without interruption. Fabulous sumptuous breakfast, many choices. Dolmus transport is front of the door. A Complete lovely Family hotel, highly recommended.

Nothing negative to mention…

The view is great, the breakfast is excellent, the staff is excellent, location near excellent restaurants, many thanks to everyone. Very convenient parking, the hotel is 100 meters from the lovely sea. A highly recommended hotel, our first time in Izmir and we will definitely come back to visit a great and wonderful city.

The water pressure in the shower is too low, better maintenance is needed in the room, for example the carpet had stains that are probably difficult to clean, the metal plate at the bottom of the door in the bathroom was loose, the bottom of the bed on the right side was also loose (room 806, 8th floor), some noises are heard when the doors close In the adjacent rooms are closing.

I like the service always fast and with a smile, also very polite, the Breakfast was always well laid out and good choice apart from no English breakfast

I did not like the fact very few spoke English which was a problem at times also the so called Satellite TV was very bad only 3 English speaking channels and they were News but plenty of all other stations even Russia channels there should be the same amount of English speaking channels maybe a Film channel for the future after all who wants to watch News all the time. Also i think it would be good for a shuttle service into the shopping malls etc also more offers of trips to see some of the sites as there was no where we could book a trip so no place to go outside of the Hotel apart from shopping malls which we got Taxis

The view! Worth every extra penny for the sea view room. The pillow menu! The option of added scents for your room 2 bottles of water delivered to your room every day as well as tea and/or coffee Staff were really lovely!! Fab pool area

1 bottle of water for 2 people of arrival in the room. We paid by card for our deposit, the desk staff tried to give us Turkish Lira cash when we were checking out. We are leaving, we do not want the cash. Option of English channels on tv

I loved the service in general, friendly staff, very helpful & accommodating. Always willing to help. Hotel is based in a great location with restaurants & stores local. The interior & exterior of the hotel is nice and aesthetically pleasing. I’d recommend totally!!

There should be complimentary breakfast included in the booking price of the hotel. It is quite expensive.

size of rooms, amazing sea views. room facilities. spa facilities, especially thermal pool; large and well-equipped gym. breakfast buffet excellent. calm anc pleasant atmosphere. careme restaurant on 19th floor was superb.

no charging sockets in the room. outdoor pool could have been bigger with more umbrellas. it would have been nice to have had another option for lunch ( the large restaurant area only got used for breakfast)

It was the best hotel I stayed so far. Free spa treatments and open & closed swimming pools were amazing. Friendly and professional staffs made our stay remarkable. I really enjoy every single moment in this hotel. Beds are super comfortable that gives you feeling of sleeping on clouds. We had a great gulf view from 12th floor. The restaurant on 19th floor is top notch.

Breakfast is a bit expensive although it was super diverse and delicious.

Stayed afternoon by the pool after check out at 12 as was waiting to be collected at 5. Had stayed 2 nights and not arrived first night until ten pm. Was disappointed that I had to pay to stay at the pool for the afternoon as I was a guest. I’ve not experienced this at other 5 star hotels where as a hotel guest I have always been able to stay poolside until the end of the day.

Amazing panoramic sea view, parking service with private garage (very useful in time of lack free lots on the parking), good room service, friendly stuff, SPA zone with thermal pool included to the price, perfect soundproof, minibar full of snacks and beverages.

A little bit tired interior that should be renovate, very uncomfortable pillows and mattress, the location is to far from the city center, hygiene accessories could be better for 5 star hotel. Breakfast so expensive and have not been included to the room price. Minibar and snacks are overpriced (100 liras for a bottle of 0,33 beer)!
