there wasn't much to not like . its a gem of a hotel location excellent . the staff sezar the barman mustafa the manager the cleaning girls all staff are so kind and helpful . if there was anything to complain about it would be that we didn't find it years ago. we stayed in room 110 excellent for us as my husband has walking difficulties . we will definitely be staying again xx we'll done reis maris

there was no faults with this hotel . its not 5 star but its the perfect place for us and we can be quite picky so we'll done to all at reis maris

On our 1st night they put us on 3rd flood I have bad knees and before I even asked about a different room the man must have seen a look of pain on my face as he said 'we will be able to move you tomorrow to a lower floor if you would like.' Which they did. The staff were always very polite and friendly. The room was a little small but was clean and well kept. It could have maybe done with tea or coffee making facilities however we managed without. The location was perfect for us. Close to everything we could want or need. I will definitely stay here again but bring my own kettle next time.

There was nothing that I didn't like really. As I stated before tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice but we were okay without.

On arrival we were met by Sezer, a very friendly and helpful young man, he speaks perfect English too. Our room which was on the top floor was spacious with very clean with excellent showers with plenty room hot water. The breakfast each morning was served by Mustafa , who also works on reception who was equally friendly and helpful and speaks good English too. It is a short walk to the beach and plenty to places to eat with various supermarkets and other shops nearby for all you needs. You can catch a small bus from the main bus terminal which drops you off right outside the hotel. WiFi was good, Well recommended for your stay in Marmaris .

Unfortunately no lifts in the hotel - so if you struggle walking up and down flights of stairs you will need to consider that. The shower tray did leak a little but worked perfectly

The location was perfect in the heart of everything and close to the beach

Unfortunately the stair well needs to be lit properly as it’s dark of a night and I fell coming down one evening

Been here twice and on both occasions staff are fantastic it's a two min walk to the beach and made to feel welcome from the second you arrive till the minute you leave

Second time was out of season so not alot around open (not hotels fault) swimming pool wasn't open but again out of seasons n so understandable

Great place, close to city, markets, activities. 👍👍 The room, was nice, very clean, comfortable also we have a small view picture from balcony to the sea 😜😉 which is nice..

The blankets doesn't have any covers, which is werd, 🙄 so some blankets was dirty, usually all hotel using them, to keep them clean.

Location is perfect - on the main road that leads to marina in one direction or the food places in the other direction. Shuttle bus stops right outside the hotel
