My fiance and I stayed in May, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with several aspects throughout our stay. Including printing out knew boarding passes after adding extra luggage. The hotel exceptionally clean and well maintained. Location was amazing. We will definitely return to this hotel. We only booked breakfast at this hotel as we like to go out on trips etc there was a fair choice. WiFi:- we were ok as we stayed in a room close to reception and pool, it did knock on and off a lot so that’s the only thing that in my eyes could do was with improvement, however this did not effect our holiday in any way 😊

The all inclusive drinks are very limited as is the selection of food choices. There’s not much change in menu so you get fed up eating the same kind of food by the end of the week. The food that is served is lovely though.

The wifi, it was horrible, only place you could have signal were by the pool area or lobby but even there it got disconnected often

Location is nice, hotel's beach access close by and quite nice, bed size wide and comfortable, overall pretty good value hotel.

Our bathroom light did not work, but didn't even need to ask any help since it wasn't big deal for us.

You get what you pay for clean rooms cleaned everyday good staff good location it was quite with no screaming kids.. breakfast was basic like I said you get what you pay for

We stayed for 7 nights and we had a great experience. Great location. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Excellent service. Zeynep the receptionist, is very friendly, cute and attentive. The only negative thing that the breakfast buffet doesn't contain fruits.

food, drinks, location, staff, also got to choose music at the swimming pool bar, free sun beds on the beach

maybe might have been more fun if there was a younger more social crowd but that's uncontrollable. the older crowd were a bit noisy in the morning
