It is necessary to understand, and also read carefully, that for such a relatively low price you will not receive animations, fountains or huge pools. Nevertheless, this hotel and its staff, even for such money, create excellent conditions for relaxation. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the food is varied and very tasty. The staff itself is open and extremely friendly. It is evident that this place is loved and the owners are trying to make it better. My friend and I were satisfied with the stay, we arrived without much expectation about this hotel but they were exceeded at least twice for this price we payed. So if you are not going to just lay your entire holiday in a hotel, but use it as a place to sleep, eat and occasionally swim in the pool - this hotel will satisfy these requirements perfectly! Private beach location -- 1-2 min Marmaris Centre -- 5-10 min with a local bus

Some improvements to the internet connection (e.g. at the beach area) would be ok as well as updating the sunbeds

on booking it shows that the hotel has private beach with free sun beds but when I went there sun beds were very limited as I had to wake up like 7am to reserve it other wise will be full for all day. a part of that everything was great I would definitely recommend it

Location was excellent and close to everything. The food variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. Food was excellent overall and the drink selections that was included was very inclusive. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

The beach was small and had very few spots to lie down, often all of them would be taken as early as 7:30 - 8:00 am

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff was amazing, the food and the drinks were good.

The wifi was very bad in the room, some days didn't work at all and there was a water scape very dirty on the beach, exactly beside the hotel sunbeds, it was looking very dirty.

Food needed more choice and more british food to accommodate british guests. drinks could have been in pint glasses. also people was putting towels on the sunbeds the night before and leaving them there all day while they went shopping

We just back from Kayamaris Hotel, everything was perfect ,food is very good ,drinks all from coca cola to any cocktails ,drinks was very nice ,for me blue one the name of cocktail is jumsin,delicious.Staff is good, very clean hotel .Near to the beach 1min ,shops ,taxi ,restaurants, everything whout need for staf.Swimming pool was amazing ,I spent more time near swimming pool .we gonna back with kids to this hotel ,perfect hotel .
