The location - it’s right in the hub of the Marmaris marina so within walking distance from all the main attractions. The excellent Turkish breakfasts with a calming view over the marina and mountains. Accommodating staff.

There are quite a few stairs to enter the property which can be tricky when carrying luggage. Room prices are high during peak season.

Breakfast great, wonderful view over the marina. Owner was very pleasant. Enjoyed the bar in the evening. Our room had a balcony, again great views. Big room, with A/C, which was great. Bathroom was small, but how big do you need one ? Room was spotless and when we requested a clean/change of towels, it was immaculate.

The balcony could do with two screens, one above it otherwise the folks above in the bar can look at you. One to the right, to block the smells from the chefs cooking away to the right. Bar was a little expensive. Bed was a little firm.

Perfect location in the marina between 2 restaurants and the terrace bar for night cap and breakfast have a wonderful view!… Impeccable service got fetched from the ferry that was 2 hours delayed from Rhodes but full of patience was the name of the man… Came to the door and were greeted by a super friendly hostess who also served breakfast and cleaned the rooms ,she was super nice 😊 I have just to recommend this small lovely little hotel, don’t hesitate to book it, I will do it again myself when I will return to Marmaris next time. 🙏🏻👍🤩

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel. Room had bonus sea view and was very comfortable. Air conditioning great even in late October. Staff went out of their way to help us. Location on marina is fantastic for eating and drinking. Traditional Turkish breakfast amazing - loved it. Rooftop bar lovely at night when everywhere was lit up and beautiful view for breakfast. Would definitely love to visit again.

Location is perfect, by the Marmaris Port, you have averything accessible by walk. Clean rooms, newly refurbished, small by everything is there and we didn't need bigger rooms. Staff is friendly and responsive to our needs.

small hick on the bed size, as I am a tall guy (187 cm), so bed was a bit short. We stayed two night and the room wasn't cleaned the first day, may be it would if we asked but not a big deal.

Great location, surprisingly quiet place in old town. Nice and cozy rooftop bar with sea view, friendly personnel, clean rooms.

it was hard to find a nearby parking, because the hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Despite that excellent experience.

The hotel was in a great location & had a wonderful roof top terrace bar with a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable & the room was clean. The breakfast was excellent & the staff were friendly & helpful

Unfortunately the bathroom had a drainage problem so had a smell. We were only staying 1 night so we didn’t bother asking to move rooms.

A beautiful gem in the heart of the downtown area, amazing views of the Bay and a roof top restaurant with some of the best views in Marmaris. Nadra and Ferat made us very welcome, organising early breakfasts for us, even as the sun was only just coming up. We stayed twice and the first time left without paying, Nadra and Ferat did not say a word and only laughed. Marmaris can be noisy and a little overwhelming at times. This hotel offered an oasis of peace and relaxation. Thank you

It is an extremely well-kept and clean hotel with different types of rooms furnished with care. Everywhere is within walking distance. Breakfast on the terrace with a magnificent panoramic view is equipped with local flavors. Staff and hosts are friendly and helpful. A unique experience. Hope to see you again in September.

Great location, castle and old town directly behind and harbour and restaurants directly in front. Fabulous views over the whole bay from the terrace where we were served breakfast, evening meal/drinks. Lovely breakfast, including fresh fruit and salad, omelette and selection of chesses and meats. Friendly service. Attractive decor. Town beach nearby but easy to visit other beaches using the water taxi.

Room small and shower area was tiny! Had a room with sea view - could see the sea and masts of moored yacht but the window was rather small. No room to sit by it.
