The location of the hotel is perfectly situated across the road from the site of Pamukkale and Hieropolis. The pool is excellent and it is regularly maintained as are the surrounding grounds. The room was large and had a newly renovated bathroom with a fabulous shower. The balcony looked directly onto the hillside of Pamukkale and was large enough for a table and two chairs. Above all the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and was served in the restaurant attached to the hotel. This restaurant is open all day and the dinner we ate was also delicious. There is parking outside of the hotel and also across the road. The paid parking across the road is free for hotel guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. There are also some very good restaurants to eat or have a drink just up the road.

The only thing, but it’s only minor, is that there are stairs to the hotel and rooms. The staff however carried our luggage to and from our room.

The location is excellent. Good breakfast. Pamukkale feels a bit rustic or a bit run down. This hotel looked to be one of the nicest in the area. The facilities were very clean. Loved the balcony on our room. Could look right up at the travertines. Easy walk to the entrance gate. Excellent pool and family facilities (little soccer area for kids, close to a water park, grass).

The pool closed @ 7:30p. This is probably because dinner tables are set-up near the pool area, but would have been great if it was opened a little later. The room for 3 people was as expected based on the photos, so not that I didn't like the room, but the room could use some updating.

We stayed for two nights and had a great time. Wonderful staff extend a warm welcome and offer helpful tips about how to access the different sites. We had a front room facing the travertines and the view from the large balcony was epic, especially in the morning watching the hot air ballons. The whole place is very clean and the breakfast was great. We loved the beautiful pool area too, looking right on to tbe travertines, a real treat. Plus free parking right outside. Highly recommended.

With only one night in Pamukkale, I wanted a view of the travertines and easy access to walk up them next morning. This hotel was perfect. After morning check-out, we were allowed, even encouraged, to leave our cases to pick up after our visit and were allowed to use the pool and shower before we set off on the dolmus to Denizli.

The bed was rather firm. The towels were a bit harsh and crisp; either drying in a breeze or adding conditioner would have been good.

My family room was at the second floor with a big terrace and a beautiful view to the travertines. The staff was very kind and benevolent, ready to help you at any time. Sufficient parking spaces in the hotel parking lot. Very close to the entrance to the travertines, an ideal place to admire and visit the attractions of Pamukkale. Cleaning the pool and the hotel in general.

Breakfast was always the same, a little varied, without hot dishes, with the exception of boiled eggs. Although I paid dinner for each adult 13 euros, not 12, as was specified in the reservation, you could not choose all the dishes specified in the menu, and you had to pay for the water at the table, something that I have not encountered in any hotel in world. Ditto for the water in the room. I would have a friendly advice for the hotel management, the client must also receive something in return for paying for the services and be treated with respect, not with the announcement at the entrance: "Do not bring food and drink from outside!"

The location of the hotel was really good, just in front of the pools and everything. The hotel was really nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were really nice, with a nice pool (we didn't have time to use it but it looked amazing). The breakfast didn't have much variety, but the things they offered were really tasty, although the bread was a little hard. The room was really nice.

Perfect location, couldn’t be any better. The room I booked was exactly as it was on the photos (unlike some places we’ve stayed) and was outstanding in every way. The hotel owner/manager was so nice and helpful with excellent English. He talked us through the best ways to visit the sites, offered the loan of a book for you stay but as it was so reasonably priced we bought it. ALL of the staff from cleaner, chef snd waiters were second to none that we’ve met on our extensive travels. The evening meal was excellent value for money and breakfast was great too. The only regret was that we were only staying for 1 night and not longer, we will definitely visit again not for the sites but for the hotel. If we could give it more than 10 out of 10 both my husband and I would.

Nothing it was perfect.

It is across the street from Pamukkale. I do recommend taking a taxi north gate to avoid huge walking climbs. We also took a taxi back because it is a 45 minute walk on a busy road to return. Very reasonable.

The hotel is directly facing Cotton Castle so you can have a great view. It's also very near to the restaurants and shops. They are all within walking distance. The hotel also has its own restaurant. The food was good. Breakfast was simple, but we enjoyed it. The staffs were also very friendly and welcoming. Parking is free and plenty in front of the hotel for you to park.

There's no elevators in the building, but the staff can help you bring your luggage up to your room.

The room of 4 that we received was on the last floor, with a large individual terrace and we experienced the most beautiful view to the balloons in the morning. The furniture very nice, the traditional carpets as well. The restaurant serves good foods.

I can not say I didn't like it, it was good, but the breakfast could be improved with some warm dishes.
