Good location with clean room perfect restaurant I recommend to visit and enjoy with family

Too busy I have been waiting too long at check in and check out It too expensive

the location is amazing with natural forests and lots of walking tracks inside the hotel resort itself. breakfast and dinner also has a very large variety.

the food in general was ok not so amazing and the staff were not so welcoming and nice. i’m used to amazing hospitality so it lacked in that aspect. also i found spider webs in the room so not sure how clean they were

excellent hotel with many things to do. the food (breakfast and dinner) which was included in room rate is great they have kids club where you can leave your children under supervision of the staff game rooms and multiple cafe (reasonable charge) the pool is huge with a small one for children next to which there are a outdoor playground finally you can enjoy a walk in the mountains connected to the backyard of the hotel (safe and guarded) you will spend all your time inside this property. for us there was not much time left to spend outside the hotel during our two days stay

need to equip the room with an ironing machine 😅

The half board is a good deal; there was quality and verity. Facilities within the hotel would keep you enjoyed and relaxed for two days at least.

Minuture golf course needs further established. New set of beds should be attained for the hotel. The shower was a bit unfunctional

All facilities were awesome. Food was the best. Indoor swimming pool was very beautiful.

Attitude of some reception employees was mean and unexpected. Restaurant buffet times was short. No lifeguard or any employees near to the swimming pool.

Staff were great. Food buffet at full board was amazing. Check in experience and their attention to detail was very comforting. They accommodated my request regarding the rooms to help my old aged parents and kids requirements

Place can have more kids entertaining activities

Huge property nestled within a forest with amazing facilities. Facilities: It has approximately 6 pools; 3 outdoor and 3 indoor (one of which is for ladies only). It has a nice walking track around the woods. It has a gym which is well equipped with all sorts of machines. It also has a nice pilates/yoga studio. Rooms: basic rooms are of decent size and have nice views of the forest. Staff were helpful and hospitable. Location: the location is a couple of minutes away from restaurants/shops and 10 minutes away from Sapanca lack. Great hotel which suits all types of travelers. Will certainly go back again.

We liked everything, and those few things we did not like you can read below. Very clean, very nice and comfortable hotel.

Air condition was placed into wrong place as when we just sit in the couch it comes directly on us. In shower the floor was straight so the water did not flow down just slowly. Our room's door lock was not working at all, we could not close it for the night. Sometimes waiters do not listen when we ask something. Somehow to have spoon for food is very difficult.

Everything was amazing , Great Room , Breakfast , Service , Ambience , Facilities . Couldn't Ask for More Amazing place for families or elderly to Relax - Literally summed up my trip to Turkey Massage at Aliva Spa was Great
