Everything is great. The room is clean and new. SPA is excellent with 14 different activities. We also purchased extra Turkish Hammam treatment which was excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. During checkout, I complained about the bed which was not very comfortable. Ms Samia expressed her sorrow about it and offered a 30-minute free massage, unfortunately, we could not take it as we were about to leave; however it made us happy as it showed how the hotel is taking care of guests' satisfaction.

The guest relations officer Samia mohamed was absolutely above and beyond. She helped us out before we reached the hotel, during our check in and within our stay. Ive been to many hotels around the world but the support we got from mrs. samia was definately way more than ive seen before even with support during our illness and hospital visits and accommodating us for special food for our needs during our stay. Rapid check in . Very comfortable hotel for Total relaxation . The breakfast was great . The light in room was so dim that help you for relaxation . The gymnasium was well equipped . The music played at night in main hole was great . Very good view on the lack . The lake is 3 minutes walked distance . Helpful staff ready to solve any problem . The location of the Hotel and the staff is great, the service is commendable. For me the shining part of the hotel was its SPA services, which is one of the best that I have visited in my travels. Value for the money can be argued, but overall my experience in the hotel was great.

If there would be a loyalty program of the hotel, I'd definitely consider coming back for another quick weekend gate away with my partner. Apart from that, the cost is a bit on the pricier side.

Exceptional. It was great for every taste and every purpose.However I liked the calm environment and the staff behavior. I love the dogs and cats wandering everywhere.

The lightening system in the room was so weak. It wasn't bright enough. The fee was a bit expensive and of course the facilities were special. I liked if they had car rental facilities because the taxi price was fair high.

This hotel must have the friendliest staff we have ever dealt with, the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, spa is proffessional, the manager is present and always making sure everything is well maintained. The hotel is literally a two minute walk away from the sapanca lake main area everything is so close. The views from our room were directly on the lake and are magical. If you are staying overnight in sapanca this is the best option.

By all means I liked everything, location, view, facilities, hospitality, ..etc Its really hard to quantify the things I liked there. Its a place that you wont hesitate recommending to your friends and planning to come back. Apart from all the outstanding moments I had during the stay, the spacious green areas and the private 400m walk area is beyond expectation and very relaxing.

The only thing I did not like is the fact that I had to leave at the end of my stay :) , but certainly planning to come back very soon and enjoy this place again.

This is my second (and not the last time) to stay here ... I love it ... Location, cleanliness, quite charming ambiance, and excellent food quality.. Want to escape the city and run away from the crowds, chill, think, and meditate? Well this is the place to be ! Couples are gonna fall in love with this "sanctuary" : a romance to remember ever after .. To begin with the staff was really fantastic, nice, and collaborative. Special thanks go to Feroza, who did an excellent job concluding the reservation arrangement on arrival and the extension of stay. Also, special thanks go to Seljuk the frontline manager, was always there to help and support, whenever needed, and of course, to Samia for assistance as well. The food was really awesome, and the burgers were really mouth-watering ... Will I come again? Definitely .. I May even try to come in Winter and see the snow-filled sceneries. Let's give it another shot ...

- Internet connection could be better - The terrace on the lake (directly attached to the lake) is to be populated again with tables (like before in 2019) .. I Love this spot and I really miss it ... Please bring it back again (Hotel staff promised that this will be renovated soon). - If possible, please add shawerma rolls to the food menu and Baklava :)
