The food, the pools, the paths in the Forrest, the room, the decor, the service, the food, the pools, did I say food and pools? It was really exceptional and a perfect last few days for us as a family after a busy few days in Istanbul. Our little boy just loved the pools and slides. The reviews about the food are all true. Special shout out to staff member Muhammad from Iraq who gave us tips on a walk to the lane that was definitely worth a trip. And was generally just a lovely interesting guy to chat to. Where we saw water snakes and had a lovely lunch on a floating pontoon cafe. Just loved our stay.

Better, clearer public transport info for arrivals should be more available. Its an easy Marmaray to Gebze then TCDD train to Sapanca but we had difficulty taking a taxi from Sapanca with language barrier as the taxi firm there closes at 3pm. Also, not hotels fault, but the amount of food waste bothered me for an eco focussed hotel. I watched one woman take one of every cake on the buffet then only eat a spoonful of each and leave the rest!! Not sure what the solution would be though.

i would like to thank Mr Mohammed and the awesome lady Zeynep for welcoming us with a big smile and help us with everything we need or want. they are always there to help us in anything we want or need. and about the property, the pools were excellent for both children and adults.. the restaurant ( breakfast/ tea time/ dinner) were excellent and a lot of food and all kind of sweets, meat, chicken, vegetables etc.. also the people working there were so good.

the weather was a bit hot during our stay, therefore the AC doesn’t work very well.. other than this.. everything was perfect

Mohammed the Iraqi guy is the only person who makes our stay truly five-star. They are always willing to help with anything, big or small, and they go out of their way to make sure we have a memorable experience, and they helped us enjoy activities like tennis for my kids basketball as well and football. aqua park and forest walk was great

At the reception, I requested to be charged in Euros, but they said they could not do that. After my bank processed the transaction, I realized that they had deducted more money than we had agreed upon with the booking. last October I have visited the hotel, food was amazing this time I can say the quality is little bit different but still eatable

The hotel is located in the nature, the views were amazing where you can take a long refreshing walk. The staff were so professional and very helpful especially Edanur who really helped us in organizing our trip as it was our first time to Sapanca. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and don’t forget to ask about Edanur!

Nothing really

We liked the buffet for dinner and breakfast. Cleaned facilities. Large pools. Mohammad from receptionist is very helpful and showed us around the resort and told us all about them.

The manager of waitresses in dining hall was rude. We came around 10:30 pm when the door was still open to get water. He kicked us out started shouting at us to order room service. This is doesn’t fit in this luxurious resort. The waitresses wanted to gave us water but he told them not to. We went to reception and got water. He should be learn how to talk to hotel guests the best.

We loved the location, and how it was nested inside the forest.. the kids loved our strolls and enjoyed exploring new parts of the forest everyday.. staff are friendly and helpful.. it was a comfortable stay

The outdoor pools were really cold, even though the weather was hot and sunny.. so the kids didn’t enjoy swimming in the outdoor pools, which is unfortunate since there are a lot of pools that I’m sure they would’ve loved if the water temperature was warmer. The food of breakfast/dinner buffets was excellent but crowded and tables weren’t cleaned properly after each use.. we had to clean the tables ourselves every time..

The Location, cleanness, atmosphere, scenery and facilities

Wi-Fi was horrible, and I used my Hotspot during my stay. While checking out hen the receptionist asked if there are any notes, I told him everything is great except the Wi-Fi, he did not accept it and suddenly he did not accept it and acted very rudely which I got very shocked about. I noticed similar behavior from restaurant staff as well. They did not offer me any upgrades when checking in, assumingly it was not available they should have at least explain about the facilities, I had to discover them myself. Lastly not in this hotel only, in all Turkey people don't talk English, why?? at least 5 star hotels please recruit English speakers, its not acceptable waiving for hours at a receptionist like a traffic inspector trying to explain a simple thing.

The hotel is great and the reception staff are helpful with us, especially Fouat and Mohamed

i planned a relaxing vacation, it was an amazing choice to connect with the nature, the property is Hijab friendly you can enjoy your vacation using the lady’s pool and Turkish bath, food variety and taste is delicious, Edanur the guests relations was so helpful sending msgs to check my stay and if I need anything daily so helpful and welcoming I’m coming back for sure with my family and kids

Nice resort, friendly staff and relax with big garden area. Special thanks for Mr. Can (Assist Manger) for excellent corporation with all guests. Also, special thanks for Mohammed (Summer Trainer) for support all guests and good translator from Turkish language to Arabic language.

l have some concerns regarding the basket trash should be available in everywhere specially beside the shower room, steam room, suna, outside garden….etc. But, it will not affect for the resort rate (10/10).
