Our home from home. Our second time at Ibri. It is a beautiful old Turkish Villa across the street frim the Castle. Situated in the old town, a very quiet and beautiful part of town. Now coming to the host, Nina. We actually came back because of Nina. Last year it was such a surprise to run into her, she greeted us like old friends at looked after us like family. Se cooked beautiful breakfasts and served us tea whenever we wanted. This year it felt like coming home. It was such a joyous reunion. Ebri, we will be back next year to visit your gem, Nina.

The aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful; the owner really has an eye for beauty. Felt really cosy too. I actually liked that the rooms were slightly dimly lit. Also, the owner and Nina (the housekeeper and manager) were both very sweet and welcoming. Nina made sure we were comfortable the whole time and it was also very fun talking to her. It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. We stayed in Selcuk to go to Ephesus, but now I am considering coming back to Turkey and Selcuk just so I can stay at this wonderful hotel again. That's how much I loved the stay. PS. The breakfast was delicious.

Stunning room. Big bed, gorgeous bathroom and bathtub. Desk. A good amount of space. There’s a terrace and garden that I didn’t have the chance to use, but I would have liked to. I felt as if I could stay here a long time. Nina is really friendly and welcoming. She cares a lot about her job. I appreciated her presence during my stay.

Nina never stops working. It’s the only property I stayed at in all of Turkey where I saw the same person in the morning, during the day, and at night. I hope that the owner is actively working to hire someone to work with Nina so that she can get some deserved time off! Also note that the free parking is on the street.

Every thing. A beautiful building with beautiful old world decor and modern amenities. Everything you needed is there. A street separating the property from the ancient site, St James Basilica, the Ayasuluk Citadel and the aquaduct. Walking distance from good restaurants and shops. Nina, our host was super nice snd accommodating. Very friendly and we left with a hug. The owner came to greet us, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast felt that it was not going to stop. New dishes kept arriving at the table. Tranquil garden at the back. 3,5 km from Ephesus and a few minutes walk from the Ephesus Museum . Very quiet street in a typical old Turkish suburb.

I had a wonderful and beautiful stay at Ibri hotel. The manager and caretaker of the hotel Nina is a beautiful soul who greeted me with delicious biscuits and coffee. Next morning I had to leave super early and she made delicious breakfast for me and gave me company. I was traveling as a solo woman and found the location of the hotel safe and close to the bus station and main street, both were at walking distance.

The lighting inside the room could have been brighter and more. Overall it was clean and exceeded my expectations. Especially the bath tub and the bathroom was beautiful!

Loved the quaint, rustic atmosphere of the hotel. Booked the room with the bath… the most beautiful big bath at the perfect moment on our trip, and a large bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic. Best thing of all was NINA the most delightful person working in a hotel I have met on our 6 week trip so far. Nothing was too much trouble, she was amazing. She made us tea and fresh biscuits on arrival. If I had an accommodation of my own I would employ her. Easy access parking right behind the hotel back steps. Great location close to restaurants and castle. The baked delicacies available in the main area were delicious.

It's a boutique hotel with everything you'd expect from a boutique hotel. The decor and ambience is fantastic, the rooms are big with all amenities that you need. The breakfast was the traditional Turkish breakfast, freshly prepared individually. The location is great but it doesn't have parking space.

We parked our car in front of the hotel, making sure it wasn't gonna bother anyone, and were asked to move it because the street is too narrow and we did, although there were other cars parked. When we woke up, we realized someone had scratched the car intentionally, it was very obvious. We think it was the neighbours in front of the hotel.

A small charming house with tastefully decorated rooms, beautiful breakfast garden, good breakfast. Convenient side street parking. Very friendly staff. Nina, thank you for taking care of us.

The room is supposed to have a view of the castle, but I didn't find the view. Perhaps the view would be from a window in the shower, if you wanted to open it. A bottle of water included in the price would have been nice.

We chose Ibri for the location next to the Basilica site and for the convenience of parking on a quiet side street. We liked the boutique style decor and the room was warm with comfortable bed. We had exceptionally good service from Nina, who was working very hard to look after her guests. She’s a real asset to this hotel and should be commended.

Nothing really. The room lighting was a little dim - a very romantic atmosphere!

it’s situated next to the St. John Church and close to restaurant and grocery stores. if you go up to the terrace you will have a good view and you can drink something and relax. the girl whose name is Nina and who works at the front desk is a very sweet person. When I asked her if I could have an earlier breakfast the morning of my departure she gave me a definite yes. Nina also helped me contact a taxi driver for my departure to the airport. Thank you, Nina!

the room is a bit too small, but given the price I paid for my two nights stay, I cannot complain.
