Spacious and nice room and shower. Gigantic swimming pool. Food and drinks are very good. Free transportation to their beach, where food and drinks also free.
The balcony view i was given wasn't nice. Buffet staff don't know english not even the numbers. They gave 10 minutes free massage but pushed me several times to buy the package. Cleaner entered my room twice even when (do not disturb) button is activated. As a single they should have given me a queen bed instead of a small twin bed

Ber reasonable price and nice family vibe but the staff in reception are not polite and helpful, we had to wait two times for an hour at the reception desk with a baby to solve a small problem, non of the staff speaks English

The guy carrying our luggage was very friendly even though he had to carry our luggage up the stairs because of the slow elevators. The food was very nice and the kitchen staff was very patient with all that people disrespecting the COVID-measures. Also the room was big. So +++ for that
I did not feel in Turkey when I was in the hotel. Even the reception asked if I could talk in Russian rather than English, so I guess it's generally known by Russian people more than others. Also the elevators were very slow.
