- Clean and modern decoration - Breakfast was excellent

- When you book at 5 starts hotel, you expect someone to come with the luggage carrier to collect you luggage from the car, which was NOT the case here. I unloaded my luggage my self to the lobby. - The lady at reception area was not nice. She was talking from her nose.

The hotel staff were very nice, the room size was very good and clean

The room walls are not sound proof so I was able to hear the noise coming from next room kids . The breakfast is not variable and was the same every day

This is my 3rd stay and as usual one of the best hotel in the heart of Trabzon with good clean facilities plus acceptable breakfast in comprision with many brand hotels. Thanks to Azgar at the reception who upgrade one of the room to family suites with same cost prices. He was always ready to help and was very friendly. Samat lugguge handling staff was very helpful. The dinner is great with many variety plus tasty. . Many shops are located next to hotel like English Home, Polo and many brands. Close to Cevahir Mall and only 5 minutes to Trabzon airport. Ouside seenary is great specially during breakfast time with nice gardn plus green trees next to breakfast pantry area. Hotel will suited for family and very clean plus strongly recommended. Keep it up to standard Mercury Management and well done so far

Hotel reception stuff was very helpful and welcoming, everything was spotless clean and restaurant had tasty dishes for a very affordable price. Modern rooms with everything you need and even though room was directly on the road and near the airport, it had great windows for noice isolation and it wasnt a problem. Overal we are very happy with our stay, would come back if in Trabzon again

Very few facilities for a five 5 star hotel, at least decent swimming pool is a must for a hotel like this

we were greeted with a warm welcome from the hotel staff. also, in the room upon our arrival, they prepared a welcome snacks which was so delightful. the bed was comfy, the toilet was clean, the room was spacious. everything was great. our room was facing the black sea, so serene. we had dinner at the hotel and it was great. the breakfast has a variety of choice and the cheese ommelette is a must have! wonderful and lovely experience staying here!

the hotel is nice , quiet , directly at the sea and very close to the airport. the room was so big and comfortable and everything was available, the cafe and fitness center was so great and the most important thing is the people there are ao sweet and kind and co-operative and always ready for any question in or out the hotel. i realy had a great time there thank you so much for your hospitality specially üegör at the front disk he is a very kind man🌹

The room was indeed Very comfy and clean. Bed, shits bathroom were clean and tidy. Loved the set-up that the hotel did for us as I informed that we are traveling for our honeymoon. The car park was very spacious and quite well done.

The receptionist informed that they are unable to give change in USD, so he gave me in Turkish lira (with awful exchange rate, lower than any other place) It's far from the city center, so if you don't have car, it's going to be a struggle.

Nice hotel. Don't know if it's new, but looks like new. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I asked for a room with a sea view, but it's not important, because it's not that pretty. Beautiful dining room, clean. Satisfying variety of food. Staff speaks English well.

There is no service in the dining room. No coffee/tea is served. Do not clear a table while having a meal. In the shower do not put conditioner for hair. And in the shower water doesn't go down well and then everything comes out and it's unpleasant.

The location is close to the airport and right on the highway. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Offers underground parking and a nice breakfast buffet They offer more than one type of pillow

The decor is a bit outdated all the colours are dark. and i wanted to weigh my luggage but to my surprise the hotel doesn't have a scale (not even in the gym).
