The breakfast was great. Although not on the menu, I was provided with my own requirements. Staff, especially Jonathon went out of their way to ensure I had a perfect stay.

Nothing: It was by far the best hotel I have stayed in in my 14 year trips to Uganda

I was coordinating an international event and I booked my guests and I into this small cozy hotel. The location is not too far from the city and not too near creating a good balance between access to shopping and privacy in a peaceful/quiet environment. While there we witnessed a corporate lunch by day time visitors by the pool side. The open air lounge offers a nice relaxing place while the inside private lounge and lobbies provides privacy for small meetings. I/we will be back!

Great location in a quiet area, with an easy commute to/from the airport or in to town. All the staff from top to bottom were exceptionally friendly. Great communication from the host prior to and during my stay. Great food with both breakfast and dinner options. Good internet speeds and connectivity across the complex. Spacious and clean room & bathroom, with a good shower.

On the whole my stay was perfect; but a very minor complaint was my bed creaked a lot, and the swimming pool was a little small and close to where cars were parked.

This hotel is a little paradise. It is very quiet, but you can walk to Victoria Mall. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The food is fabulous, the pool is fantastic for cooling off. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We would love to come back. Thank you to Mrs. and Mr. Wilber and the whole team for the unforgettable stay. Best regards Karoline und Roland

Loved everything. We had arrived at the airport at 5am, but our luggage hadn’t! Added to the missed connection and 24 hour delay we had already suffered- we were not in the best of moods! We booked Mowi and asked for an early check in - communication was great and we arrived shortly after Mowi is a little oasis of calm. The staff were superb. Wilber ( the owner) is not only a super cool guy but also went out of his way to help with our issues I can’t recommend Mowi enough

Absolutely nothing

The Mowicribs team was super communicative and supported me with a simple way to navigate a not-so-straightforward booking. As someone booking from outside the country, they were accommodating and super flexible. Lots of attention to detail as well. This level of service is exemplary and I just want to reiterate my appreciation for the team

The professionalism of all the staff, especially Jonathan. He made us feel at home and went above and beyond throughout our stay. We loved their couples outside cinema night event

Please warm the pool up for night swims... only if possible ofcourse. But it was great

The place is very lovely. The staff are exceedingly kind, helpful and professional. I have been to many hotels but this is by far special, flexible and creatively responsive. If you want to have a memorable honeymoon, birthday party or any function, this is the place.

The garden/plantings around common outdoor area with the pool and sitting/restaurant area were beautiful! Food was good and staff friendly and helpful.

Only that there was nothing to see or do nearby. We stayed there because it was close to airport.
