I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The welcome I received at midnight - after using the free shuttle transfer - was faultless, friendly and welcoming. The complimentary welcome beer was the perfect tonic to the stress of travel! The staff, all of them but particularly Patrick, Patience, Diana, and the manager, Nigel, made me feel at home with friendly banter, close attendance (without being overbearing) and efficient service. Good choice of drinks in the bar; good food (try the 2 Friends Special (Tilapia in banana leaves) all set in a safe and friendly neighbourhood.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very quiet. It was a very relaxing experience. The breakfast was awesome. They provided details about the place. They were eager to help. The pool was nice. It was a safe place. Very accessible from the other parts of Entebbe town. Staff were very clear in their explanations. The rooms were clean and cozy. Great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was weird being stopped to be asked whether I was a resident (atleast twice) even after I had checked in. I think it is a security measure but I do hope they can keep track of the guests. It is a little uncomfortable having to explain oneself more than once.

The location was excellent to sit by lake Victoria. Very relaxing. Also excellent location to see shoebills. Good healthy breakfast with fruits. Very helpful staff indeed. They helped me book my tours and a car with a driver to Jinja.

The airport shuttle is only provided one way. The return is highly overpriced.

Second stay - room with A/C, balcony, lovely bed. Extremely comfortable. Complimentary 'welcome drink' was greatly appreciated :) Staff was friendly, learned name quickly, very accommodating. Meals were good, dinners reasonably priced (breakfast was included).

First stay - wasn't aware that there were 'upgrade' rooms, so I was placed in a room without A/C. Was unable to sleep due to heat & humidity --- incredibly uncomfortable. Upgraded second stay, excellent room.

Friendly. Accommodating. Patrick & staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Felt very safe. Great location. Felt safe walking in neighborhood. Variety of food options close by. Staff arranged transportation to Wildlife Education Center and Botanical Gardens at our request. Also airport transportation. Already booked for our return visit!

Meals: they have got the best meals, i enjoyed so much the 2friends especial, that’s the tilapia served with rice and it comes in banana leaves… and when it came to breakfast it was also perfect and worth it 👌🏻abig thumb to all the chefs! Drinks: i tried the orange sunrise and my girlfriend the watermelon cooler( cocktails) and also the banange beer which was a good choice from a good waiter! it was really amazing. A big shout to Patrick you made all our days colorful, from the 1st day we checked in to the last day! also Esther and George at the beach restaurant, the cleaning lady, i think she was called Aisha and also Irene at the reception! we surely hope to come back next year! What a nice little gem, only 10 minutes from the airport. We were welcomed by Diane (I hope I got it right) with a welcome drink. She sat with us and explained all of the hotel's features. You start the morning with a nice continental breakfast. We had dinner across the street at the beach. The hotel owns it, so you can charge it to your room. All in all, a nice place to stay before or after a safari.

The hotel is located in Entebbe, very close to lake Victoria, it has an outdoor restaurant that is right on the lake. It has also another restaurant indoor, which is convenient at night, because there are too many moths close to the lake. The restaurant is highly recommended, it was probably one of the best we experienced in Uganda.

The room did not have air conditioning and it was a bit hot and humid inside.

I have stayed here many times before.it.is a consistent, super friendly place.the staff , can't do enough to support you,just ask. Very clean. Had to stop, the room being cleaned!. Faboulas , lake bar just across the road. Always, will come back

Extremely friendly staff welcoming you warmly and personally. The hotel is small, cosy, and everything is very carefully maintained with beautiful furniture made of tropical timber. A bookshelf for the guests is containing a numerous assortment in all Scandinavian languages plus English, Dutch and German editions. A nice garden with pool is inviting you to relax. In the restaurant you'd be sitting at the beach of Lake Victoria and enjoying the freshest, most delicious fish or whatever you prefer.
