This hotel is really clean. The staff (front desk, restaurant, general team incl. security) very respectful, friendly, accommodating and professional.. not too "in your face". Front desk staff helped me scan some documents, and call up a taxi service using the local swift app (which I eventually didn't use as i woke up late!). I could also access some of the major TV networks from the room and the aircon worked well. The management team was excellent - I brought in a laptop with the incorrect charger and they supplied the correct cable to allow me to continue with my work, and their overall professionalism was highly appreciated. They're very well spoken and work to resolve issues immediately. The wifi worked perfectly over the full duration of my stay. I spent most of my time traveling to other parts of Kampala but the food I had at the restaurant was really good. The hotel is in a developing suburb but I noticed offices for some US-based organizations and a govt agency on the same street. The only downside to my trip was traffic congestion around the city, so trips must be well planned to avoid peak time traffic. My overall experience in Uganda was really amazing, everyone was so kind, friendly and accommodating. I unfortunately didn't make the trip to Bwindi to see the mountain gorillas but hope to return soon!! I've left Kampala with a new perspective on life.

Traffic congestion - visitors to do their research and plan their movements to avoid peak time traffic. The hotel was really ok and the team was professional and accommodated my requests. Nothing further to add here.

As a repeat guest, I have say that this hotel didn't disappoint. The friendly staff, the cleanliness, and overall guest experience are an absolute 10/10 kudos to Tonny and the dedicated front office team. You guys understand customer service. Thanks for making my stay memorable.

There is only one issue, the meals at the restaurant are lacking. For such expensive meal options on your menu, there's definitely a need to revise this service. The kitchen staff is super nice, though.

This hotel was a nice surprise. It's very clean, very quiet and has excellent customer service all across the board from reception, dining and overall living. I highly recommend this place.

The commute to and from this gem can be tricky due to the poor road system and high traffic. You need to plan your commute wisely if you frequent the city center. Still not the hotel's fault but something to consider.

My phone wouldn’t connect to the WiFi though my laptop stayed connected, however, the IT guy sorted it out for me and I didn’t have that issue again

The hotel room was really nice and big. The staff members were really kind and helped me with some good restaurant suggestions. The in-house restaurant was also really good, the breakfast was especially great. I would look forward to stay here again.

The entire staff made me feel at home, everyone was very helpful. The main Host was especially helpful, even going far beyond the call of her duty to make sure as I traversed the city, that I was aware of all the places to visit and one not to visit

The rooms are clean, well furnished, comfortable, and not overpriced. The location is near the venue of the conference I was attending and quite convenient

The breakfast didn’t have enough choices and I didn’t get the lactose free milk I requested during booking. Also the music in the neighborhood/hotel was too loud some nights

Breakfast was good. I liked the fruit served at the breakfasts.

There was no fridge in my room. I couldn't buy extra soda or fruits or food because i didn't know where to keep it. This was very bad.
