Well..their facilities (furniture,the safe,the big over head shower with a good water pressure,the air sucker in the bathroom,are all modern and in good shape. Access to free Netflix with fast wifi…all made it worth it. For the staffs,Daniel and Rogers at the Restaurant have the best customer service.(cheers) The reception lady( I dint get her name and a small gentleman with kinda long hair) they were so helpful .

Well,they should have a variety of food..because there menu is so limited… And for the breakfast (you guys can do better than the sausages,the little wedges,pancakes) I mean why put tomato wedges as something serious????? (😁) And the noise from a nearby bar (the villa) is crazy much as you say the rooms are soundproof…not really esp on Friday and Saturdays.

I like the cleanliness and the staffs are nice they treat clients with respect. And the location was perfect for me to access my business areas.

The breakfast can do a bit of diversification in terms of cuisines (Maybe a little bit of local cuisines) The rooms upstairs can do with more sound proving especially ones at Main Street because it can get a bit noisy from the cars and motorbikes. The hotel is not friendly for people living with disability because the is more climbing maybe a modification (making it accessible to people who are physically challenged) in the next renovation plan can do

The hotel is very clean and the team professional. I got in at 3am and the gentleman at reception, I think his name is Paul, was very kind and helpful. Really appreciated the warm welcome. Shower is also amazing. Generally good value for money.

The breakfast was monotonous, but tasty nonetheless.

The hotel is good. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The facilities for working in the room were also great. I loved the shower, just out of this world.

You need to do better with breakfast. People are now going for healthy breakfast and what was offered really fell short of expectations. The noise from the road and nearby discos should also be addressed.

The breakfast was okay and the location is well situated as I could go to the Acacia mall either walking, boda or Uber and the business center is not too far off.

There was a Karaoke night where the music felt like was being played in my room though it ended before midnight but it was disturbing

I like the fact that it is located in a central place where one can get food in the nearby restaurants. Great location and it is not too busy which is great

I wouldn't say I liked that the property does not have a gym and their breakfast menu is limited. No fresh fruits and you must always ask for water because it's not offered; you might think it's charged.

Breakfast was tasty and fresh, but I wish they had more options. The staff was very helpful. Went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

I didn't like that they didn't have a lift. I also wish that the shower was instantly hot instead of letting it run for a couple of minutes.
