Nice big rooms. Excellent food served in the restaurant.

Bathrooms are modern and clean but dimly lit. I don't know why they are using low powered bulbs in the bathrooms. Also the food service in the restaurant can be very slow at times. I waited half an hour for food on a couple of occasions when the restaurant was almost completely empty.

There is a saying hanging on the reception wall, "You live with us as if you were in your home" and it is 100% true. The hotel I lived in with my son was as if I were at home. Calmness and peace of mind. The workers were very friendly and helpful, and the administration was cooperating with me, as they offered me an offer to upgrade the room at a very symbolic price. The laundry service is fast and the rooms are clean and the hotel is located in the business district of Kampala and very suitable for the amount paid The restaurant is wonderful and has a wide and varied menu of requests, and the lunch buffet contains delicious Ugandan food at a symbolic price

The bathroom does not have an extractor or ventilation holes, so the place becomes like a sauna. The rooms and the bathroom need more and brighter lighting. The restaurant needs a speedy ordering process

Excellent staff that were open. They also have good food! I would highly recommend for short stays on a tight budget.

The location is within the town, so you have to be very aware of your environment and belongings while getting there.

The only downside is the WiFi did not work in my room..but it worked great at the restaurant.

The location is superb, right in the city center. The breakfasts are really good, the staff is friendly. Reception guys have organized me a transfer, called a doctor to the hotel for a PCR-test and generally gave some advices about the city. The security is present in the hotel and there are some shops downstairs. 2 ATMs are just in 100m, some other facilities too.

Air condition wasn't working in my room, the cleaning service doesn't include vacuum cleaning. There were some repair works going on in the corridor. Otherwise the experience was more than nice.

Nice breakfast included with the booking, nice quiet room and friendly helpful staff. The hotel restaurant produces tasty meals without customers having to wait too long for service. The hotel manager does an excellent job attending to customer needs.

The Breakfast was classic. It was far more than what I expected. The staff at the restaurant were very respectful and always ready to serve.

The location

The neighborhood is sketchy or even unsafe at night. However once inside it is quiet, tastefully decorated, in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. I couldn't ask for more from a hotel downtown even close to this price. It has a full breakfast buffet + Ahmad and fresh juice.

It's difficult for cars to navigate in the section of downtown. And there is apparently a lot of pickpockets and petty crime. But going directly from the uber into the hotel was easy.

I appreciated the break fast and the location is good.

They should provide mosquito repellent beyond mosquito net.

Having arrived late at night, in unfamiliar city I called the hotel and the receptionist on duty was very helpful, reassuring and arranged for taxi to the hotel. The room was very very good, and the house keeping top class. The breakfast was very good, in a well located restaurant on first floor..the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, even arranged for my exit covid19 test, exceptional. I would strongly recommend this facility.

Connecting to the WIFI can be a spot of a bother, actually my partner never managed to, even after going downstairs and having the receptionist try for us.
