Friendly staff, anything you ask they will provide it to you, they were so helpful and cooperative. Also rooms comparing to the prices are very nice and valuable. That’s why I used to stay in this hotel :)

Nothing, actually for me everything is fine. One suggestion only, they can turn on some classic music in the lobby and turn on AC in the lobby as well. I think that would make it very nice and more lovely.

i liked the room very neat and clean, spacious and great for the value.

one cafeteria/kitchen staff (chef) answered rude to me just because his other staff has miscommunication with me regarding the payment for food which was only worth 20 aed he talk rude like i am running from that 20 dh meal😂 which was his new staff fault for giving me wrong information.

The location is very accessible specially going to major roads. The staffs were very polite and approachable. The apartment is spacious. Couch is so nice and comfy. Although it’s a bit old, I just covered it with extra blanket which the staff handed to me nicely. The bed is nice and sheets are clean and crispy.

The ac is not that cold. Smells cigarette as I forgot to ask non-smoking room but it’s okay. Tub is old and full of scratches. There is a divider in the tub which makes it hard to enter for shower. The unit and lobby seems old and dark but still good for its price. overall, it’s ok.

Everything was good for us, just to let other that the place is in industrial area and is the tallest building with in 3km radius.its not that I don't like.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth (they were even able to accommodate our late arrival). The rooms were nice, spacious, and generally well furnished. Also helpful is that there is a supermarket within easy walking distance.

It would have been nice to have a few more plates and bowls in the kitchen.
