Bathroom needs a bench to be more compatible for guests with disabilities -had difficulty with bathtub; bathroom floor was slippery throughout the stay; top ceiling wall over the bathtub looks like beginning of mold problem. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, accommodated our needs,especially front desk; checkin/check out was smooth; maintenance person was very helpful.

Upon checkin we requested that we use two different credit cards, as we were traveling together and sharing costs. Both credit cards were given, but only mine was charged the full amount. It was unable to be reversed. Room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion would be a grab bar in shower area. Perhaps this will be done as the hotel in undergoing renovations, and

The stay was pretty good. The hot tub no longer works which was sad bit we had fun in the pool and my room was exceptional! I did see a roach on the wall in the hallway and one in my room.

The elevator was scary. I took the stairs a couple of times to avoid it. It felt like it could atop working at any minute & it was very loud.

Nice friendly staff! Would stay again!! Loved the mini-fridge, microwave & coffee maker in room.

Ran out of coffee every morning. But they did give the individual coffee you can make in your room. The street noise was loud tho, hopefully when they finish their makeover- they will put in sound-poof windows

location is good and the room was clean and pretty comfortable

the property definitely needs some redecorating. the rugs in the hallway were stained/bleached out and walls had ripped wallpaper. pillows were not very comfortable because they were overly soft.

The Country Inn in Hinesville was great. The location was perfect for our needs. The size of our room was amazing. It was much larger than we actually expected. The bathroom was large and well decorated. There was a small kitchenette in our room, but we didn't use it. I'm sure it would have worked just fine. The front desk staff when we checked in was kind and energetic. We will likely stay again if the opportunity arises.

The only problem we had with the room was the fact the doors don't have a slow close hinge on them. The neighbors had a tendency to slam the door. The breakfast selection was practically nonexistent. I have food allergies, so cereal as the only food option left me having to go out for breakfast. Other than that, the lady at the front desk when we checked out didn't say anything other than, "Put your key in the basket." Not a morning person I suppose.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Everything was good except for a couple of things.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows were horrible. They were flat as pancakes even with two together and the water in the tub dripped. Oh and I had to go to the front desk to get a light bulb.

Property was convenient to everything and to my family

The property was great. We were not able to check-in on time. Staffing is an issue, but the check-in manager was professional.

The dog barking during the night. Especially when it was supposed to be no pets allowed,that is was one of the reasons I chose them because my boyfriend and I are both allergic. When I informed the front desk was told that they had to allow service animals, I am sorry but if you are traveling with an animal you should have to stay at a hotel that is pet friendly, they need to be considerate of people that are allergic.
