The ambiance was really high class. Breakfast buffet was tasty. All staff was highly professional and accommodating. The room was so clean and had lots of closet space. View from our window was amazing. Bed so comfortable as well. Had the best nights sleep here. Also convenient parking just a few yards away. Would definitely stay here again.

Both mornings we had breakfast, they did not disclose that there was pork in some of their breakfast items. Upon inquiry, they confirmed there was pork in the food. This happened 2 days in a row. Also I wish I didn’t need to say this, but one of our servers had an extremely strong body odor coming from her. Not what anyone wants to smell first thing in the morning when eating breakfast.

The buffet breakfast at the Salt Republic restaurant was excellent offering a nice assortment of fresh fruit, hot food and made to order omelets. One of the best I have experienced. We were also very satisfied with our lunch and dinner at this restaurant. All staff I had encountered were helpful and friendly. I needed a little assistance with a minor accident I experienced on a tour and the staff were professional and most kind in treating my minor injuries when I returned to the hotel. From all that this hotel has to offer, including the great staff, and the comfortable beds, I was extremely happy with my stay.

I know its just an extra $5 but I didn't think that extra amount should be charged to have in and out privileges using the overnight parking garage. I felt the $20 per day for parking should have included this.

Astonishing, beautiful and very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Right down town 10-15 minutes from the airport. Walking distance from a bars and restaurants. Will stay here in the future!

The valet was all over the place, they were nice but they kept losing my keys and they never answered the phone so I had to walk down to get me vehicle. Not a big deal but I stayed overnight for my wedding and waiting in the lobby holding my dress was not ideal. They also let us leave keys for my family at the valet desk told us they did not need a name to put it under and my mother in law had the hardest time getting her car out of the parking garage. There is also very limited space to unpack your vehicle once you arrive it’s very small.

We loved the use of the pool. We had a room on the 25th floor overlooking the city to the north east. It was absolutely amazing. The sunrise was especially beautiful in the morning. We ate dinner at the restaurant on the sixth floor. Excellent our breakfast was in the salt. We were celebrating our birthdays 11 August both of us. Thanks to the concierge who also gave us some nice gifts in our room. Very special evening and morning in your beautiful new hotel. We loved it. thanks so much

it was absolutely gorgeous! very clean and modern. The Lobby included a restaurant with great food, a bar with small bites, and a coffee shop market. We booked this room due to our flight from Sacramento to Boise on Southwest having flown us to SLC and cancelling our flight, then needing a room and to rent a car to drive back to Boise. The Market coffee and food were great and we didn’t need to stop at a gas station for snacks on the way out because they had everything there!

The pillows were not comfortable, they were too flimsy. Everything else was gorgeous and 11/10.

I liked the location and the building itself. It is very modern, the lobby is very nice. Staff are friendly. Rooms have pleasant modern design. I had great view on the mountains from my room.

Despite the fact that everything was modern, at night there was occasional rattling noise, not sure where it came from. The desk chair and the chair were not very comfortable. The 6th floor restaurant was outright bad, but that might be separate business and separate issue.

Excellent hotel. love the decor and the brand new amenities. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to assist you. The location is superb and 5 min walk to the shopping district. This hotel ticks all the boxes.

There is construction going on to repair the streets surrounding the area. Drilling noises woke us up at 7:30am on Friday. Construction notice should have been highlighted by the hotel during the booking process.

Clean and updated with lots of food options and a great pool. We arrived exhausted at 1am from days of driving from Burning Man and the staff could not have been more understanding (Burner Friendly) and helpful (even helping us to park the RV). Rooms were updated. Shower had excellent water pressure. They allowed us to add on an extra day easily as well!

Excellent accommodations, very clean and while the decor was modern, it was quite inviting and warm. The staff provided outstanding service and the restaurant food was amazing! We will come downtown often (live in the area) to have an evening meal at the restaurant. We were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary during our stay and are already planning to stay at the hotel next year as we celebrate 47 years!

That they make you pay 20 dollars to self park or 36 to have them park in there under ground garage, I think you should park for free if you stay there. And at check in the guy was rude to my wife , cause she’s Native, wasn’t very informative about the hotel, besides check in the rest of the staff was wonderful.
