Esmeralda and Candace are by far the best manager and assistant manager that I have ever seen at a property. Lusia is also one of the best front desk staff being so welcoming to guests in the morning. What I like about this team, is that they remember your preferences for your next stay. Without even asking they will put you in a preferred room you asked for months ago. Additionally they are committed to guest satisfaction and guest safety. The night workers are also a joy to have conversations with. Will be back!

I liked that it had a few eateries near by especially the Garage across the road that I found cheaper than the 7/Eleven & the Supermarket in the Mall. Plus the Event wasn't too far away for an Uber drop off only 10 mins.

The floor, table, basin & mirror in my room weren't very cleaned there were blood spots on the floor & blood spatters on the TV & inside front door that I wiped off.

The people there were some incredible. They really help me out in many ways, and different felt like part of the family.

I have Respiratory issues and can’t move very well upstairs. I’ve mentioned it every time I check in, but you have not gotten a room downstairs yet because I have to carry stuff up and downstairs computer equipment to work from. The Only other thing I didn’t like is that your room doesn’t get clean till after two days

I like that it was convenient and that they don't bug us. I like we can bring pets.

I don't like being told I have to allow them to come In by 1230 to clean my room or I'm getting kicked at at 1230 ...after I went in office and paid cash and wasn't told anything at 11am. I don't like not getting receipts. I want a receipt showing I paid with the dollar amounts and at the time I pay not later. I had a receipt was told I paid for 6days and then was told they weren't sure how much i paid but it was for 5 days

Staff was extremely nice. Allowed us to check in a little before 3pm . We really needed to get ready for an important event. Room was very clean. AC worked. Bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave were clean and worked perfectly fine.

The bathtub was a little dirty. Only 2 small bar soaps were provided. No other toiletries were given. Well towels were provided.

I like motel 6

The guy in the front almost didn't give me the proper receipt I needed and usually get when I stay but then he did after a fuss but other than that it was good. I am happy he was able to accommodate what I needed and I'm thankful and relieved.

It was so clean with the laminate floor. It had plenty of electrical plugs.

No blow dryer. Only one side of the bed had a side table. I had to put my items on the floor. No coffee/maker in the room.

The service! I wasn’t able to make the check in due to the conference but the staff was understanding and made sur when I got there that night someone would take care of me with leaving a note of my situation! Most of all I really wanted up stairs room and it was available !! It was an awesome experience

There was no breakfast. The location was great just wish they would add irons to the rooms and also microwaves.

I had to come downstairs to get an iron and warm up my food

Clean and simple. Nothing fancy but perfect for our overnight visit. Reception was friendly and accommodating. We were able to unload and load easily from 1st floor. Felt safe and was clean and clean.
