pull out clothesline in the bathroom was a great addition for a family place and the pool was fun for the kids although small. Hot tub was crowded so I didn’t get in. The deal we got was great and the kids had a lot of fun. Close to everything so you can doordash anything

Didn’t make it to breakfast on time. Room had a pull out couch advertised as two beds in the suite but they were out of blankets and pillows and there weren’t any for the pull out in the room so even tho we paid for two beds we got a yucky bare mattress and a bed. Disappointing. Shower floor was slick.

We enjoyed the water park! The rooms were fairly nice. Loved the cute lady who helps at breakfast! She watched out for us and made us feel really welcome. Most of the staff was great!

The first room we went into wasn't very nice. But they made it right by giving us a new room that was better. Older lady who does water slide on weekends is grouchy but then it was really really hot and that makes me grouchy too lol 😆

Good breakfast. Lisa was a great helper in the breakfast room. We had clean sheets and pillowcases. The shower needs a little more upgrading, but it was adequate. The bed and pillows were fairly comfortable. The swimming pool was fun.

The slide for the pool had VERY limited and inconvenient hours. Our family had 5 rooms and not one of them had clean chairs! They had visible food crumbs and pieces of dried food on the seats, arms and in the cracks. They were basically filthy. The fold out bed/couch was VERY dirty in 2 rooms. Neither of them had sheets or blankets and none were available. My daughter changed rooms 3 times because they were too dirty for her children to sleep in. Mold was also found in one of the bathrooms.

Our original room was still dirty upon arrival. They switched us to a clean/ available room near the water facilities.

Too many kids in the pool area. The older children were wrestling & splashing. The younger kids didn’t stand a chance. The older kids needed parental supervision. But the parents didn’t care!

Breakfast was OK but not as good as other hotels we have stayed in.

Breakfast…better set up. Some items not put out… But the personnel were very pleasant. Just to Hilton where we normally stay.

it was clean, comfortable, roomy, the waterpark was great fun for the family.

we wanted a place to get away for the night and have something fun for the kids. we were very pleased with our stay, the cost for a one night stay was a bit pricey, would love to see deals made available for different times.

Easy on and off of the interstate, close to the locations we went there for and a variety of restaurants were all within 10mins. It rained a couple of days so the pool and water slide were the perfect diversions for the kids. The staff, from checking in to having breakfast in the mornings, to the peeps at the top of the water slide were amazing. Asked about local things to do with kids and the best food to try… they were spot on. Every shift was amazing! All of the shifts had multiple tasks to keep up with, IE laundry to keep the pool area supplied with towels, restock breakfast supplies, etc.. even with all the added tasks I never once saw a customer neglected or ignored. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

My stay with the kids was fantastic, so I have nothing negative to say.

Property was very clean and well maintained. All staff we encountered was friendly. The breakfast was good. The water park was great!

The bed was pretty comfortable as far as hotel beds are concerned. The room was clean, and the pool facilities were very fun for the kids (and the kids at heart). The staff was helpful and very friendly!

The second day, the chlorine seemed extremely overpowering. Our eyes were burning just being in the pool area, not even swimming.

clean friendly and an amazing pool and I didn’t feel rushed to check housekeeping waited for me to checkout instead of banging on the door at 9am
