Loved, loved, loved this location. Right before the commotion of the strip, so it’s really easy to get to from the freeway. The area is really maintained and clean. I originally booked a night at circus circus for me and my family. But the area felt unsafe so I decided to go for this location and it surpassed all of my expectations!

I wish I could have stayed another night. I don’t have a real dislike about this place other than maybe a continental/ complementary breakfast that they may or may not have provided. Other than that it had all the amenities you could imagine. Very family friendly and most importantly I felt safe staying here. So again no real complaints, I just wish I knew how amazing this place was before I booked so I could have booked for longer.

Gorgeous nearly new hotel, spotlessly clean and very comfortable stay. My room was on the 18th floor, very quiet with easy access to elevators and everything else. Excellent room rate, too. I opted for the city view room. Note that if you chose the partial strip view you will get one of the rooms with the exterior advertising screen obscuring 3/4 of your actual window. If a strip view is important to you, spring for the full strip view. Loved everything, would definitely stay here again!

While I liked the added security of needing the key card in the elevator, it was a bit of a fumble to start with. You must hold your room card on the scanner until the green light comes on then hit your floor number. Also a better explanation of the Genting card would have been helpful. After you check in, go to the cashier in the casino to get your card. That will give you free parking in the garage as well as lots of benefits at the property. These were minor issues. The overall stay was excellent!

The hotel is awesome. It was barely more than a year old when we checked in and it shows. Everything is modern, working great, clean, well-maintained. We had a room at the "52nd" floor (which actually seems to be the 42nd floors since they skip a few while counting) and it had an amazing strip view. The location is also great since it's very near to the strip yet relatively quiet. The room is very nice, well-equiped, luxurious. The staff is excellent. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. That goes for the frontdesk as well as the concierge and the housekeeping. We also liked the in-house Resorts World Casino, which is extremly modern and has a very high quality appeal. Overall our stay was great and we'd totally come back!

There was pretty huge line at the frontdesk when we arrived and we had to wait for like 30 minutes to check in. There is no real room service. Also the minibar fridge and the snack bar are computerized, which means they charge you not for consumption but rather for lifting the items of there plates. This somewhat has the vibe of trying to squeeze money out of unsuspecting guests which really doesn't further the otherwise luxurious atmosphere of the Resort. I'd get rid of that borderline-scam immediately. Also it was a bit pricey but okay, given the standard and location.

The hotel is very new

The spot for Uber pick up is not at the Hilton ñobby, you hace to walk a lot so they can pick you up. There are not enough shades/umbrellas by the pool. Ir was hard to find a chaise available and with shade even hardest to find. Also not having room service within the hotel, makes it uncomfortable, as you need to download an app, create a profile, etc.. instead of easily charge ecerything to the room.

The whole complex is new with a very high standard of finish. Lots of facilities. Great location. Great view from our room on the 54th floor.

Everything is super expensive. $10 fee just to withdraw cash at an ATM. Massive queues at reception. Never anyone at the concierge desk. Not many healthy food choices. Also you’re limited to two Uber pickup points, both of which are a long way from the lobby.

In town to see Katy Perry a second time, so it was an easy decision to stay at Resorts World Hilton! It was once again fabulous! The carpet smelled so new and everything was so sparkly clean. Recommend staying during the week for cheaper rates and enjoy the high-end finishes. The pool area was just stunning.

My room wasn’t as clean as the first time. There was splatter of a spill or stain on the ceiling. There also was some small leftover food by the window. The pool bar took forever to get a drink. They were really short staffed. I did understand because it was the first few days of opening the pool.

Staff and rooms were great. Definitely met our expectations !

There was nothing to dislike

The room is clean and the shower is beautiful, the resort is amazing. You never have to leave the property.
