Room was very good sized, clean and mostly comfortable.

Pillows were all very hard and thick. It's nice to have a variety of pillows on the bed, especially where it's a king size so you have options available. I'm not sure what's up with the hot water, but it takes FOREVER to get hot and then once it does it fluctuates a lot during a 5-8 minute shower. Also, the faucet in the sink is labeled backwards...you have to move the handle to the right to get hot water and to the left to get cold water Which is opposite of how they are marked and what is standard. Again, that water took FOREVER to get hot.

Location: the strip mall and food are all within 10 mins. It is directly off the highway, so it was convenient and easy to find. The room was fantastic, clean, and the bed was super comfy. Tv had all the apps/streaming readily available to be signed into. It was quiet by 10pm.

Booking app did not state that the room fee was $250 on top of the price of the room. I am used to $50-$100 for fees, so that was quite the surprise.

There was problem with the electronic room key when we checked in on Thursday evening, June 2, and someone had to bring us to our room that evening, and the following morning after breakfast, No real problem for us, and it was sorted out by the time we returned on June 3. The room was clean and well equipped, although whoever designed the toilet seating arrangement needs to go back to architectural school. It's very off-putting to see oneself sitting on the toilet facing a FULL VIEW MIRROR! The breakfast was excellent and the person on duty couldn't have been more courteous, as were the check-in staff.

The room and bathroom were very pretty. I believe they were just remodeled. Most of the hotel perks were shut down due to renovation

The breakfast needs some uplifting. We were at a Travelodge in Montreal, it was a yucky hotel but their breakfast was simple and amazing. Fresh pineapple cantaloupe and watermelon slices. Chocolate and plain croissants, hard boiled eggs in the shell, personal yogurts and 3 types of fruit juice and cereals. Just the right amount of foods. Plus several types of bread and tea coffee and milk.

Good, very comfortable hotel. Beds fantastic and staff helpful. Jesse was amazing. We travelled through a snow storm and couldn't purchase dinner. He gave us some pizza that the staff had to save us going back out in the storm. This was very kind and really helped us after a stressful journey.

The only issue would be the Gym and Breakfast. The ad says Fitness Centre and Free Breakfast. No gym and all that was available for breakfast was some Oatmeal and coffee.

This hotel was the first stop of many on a roadtrip, and it was just off the highway so we expected it to be quite standard but were blown away by the lovely staff who provided us with 3 pages of recommendations for things to do in the area and also booked us transport to downtown. The area around the hotel was lovely and everyone was friendly.

Unfortunately the cold weather caused an issue with the heating which was very loud, but the staff were very apologetic and even said they'd move us if needed.

The room was renovated, so it was very clean. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean and bright, although small in size.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and the kitchen was not working, so breakfast was given in a bag (cereal, milk, apple and cookies). There was no information about renovations when booking, and to be honest, my family was expecting a normal breakfast.

It seem clean and the food provided for breakfast was very good

The room smelled like fish. Don’t know if cat was in room before us but room smelled like cat food, fishy. Hair dryer didn’t work, had to go to office to ask for one to use. Noisy kids slamming doors. Coffee machine didn’t have all the parts to brew coffee. Not a lot to choose from while watching tv. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Needed a heads up on how to get into place . Under construction.

Location was great, close to everything. Had to travel with my dog and it was very accommodating. I plan to return to the hotel again. Nice breakfast options served during our stay. The lounge area was comfortable and relaxed. My teenage son enjoyed it and felt comfortable enough to stay and dine in the area as well. Suite was fresh and clean with exactly what we needed.

We only had one issue. Shower had a draining problem so not sure if it’s throughout the hotel. I didn’t want to change rooms or have to deal with people coming in and out so we notified the front desk when we checked out and seemed appreciated that we let them know. They said they would address the issue, hopefully they followed through with it.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast bar was great and was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Stephanie at the breakfast bar was an absolute peach! We love her!

The first room we had, 113, was fine. The second room, 108, had trouble with the toilet being hard to flush, and running on after flushing. The wall thermostat appeared to be disconnected from the unit under the window. The lighting was a little too dim in both rooms.
