Easy access off highway and close to my destination

The humid, dampness in the room was very uncomfortable The sheets ,my clothes , my skin and shoes all felt a damp coldness, that you couldn't get rid of. And due to flooded gym, that wasn't accessible either. I know mother nature is unpredictable but we don't see or hear any we're sorry here's a little extra off your bill or something even remotelyresembling sorry for your inconvenience. Rooms are definitely not cheap anywhere anymore .

We came in around 8 to ask about early check in. They said they would call us. We came back around 1:00 and sat in lobby because no one was at the desk. We waited about 20 minutes and still no one at desk. Finally someone walking by asked us if we need help , our room was already available but no one called. The next morning when we checked out no one was at desk. Waited 5 minutes before having to shout for someone twice . The room itself was adobe so other then the front desk it was ok

Everything was clean and functioned as intended. Staff were friendly and helpful. They offered free cookies. The breakfast selection was good, and everything was at the proper temperature.

Several amenities (pool, workout area, etc.) were unavailable. There was no price concession for the inconvenience. Facility was not located very near eateries, stores, etc.

I have stayed here before and it is always a nice, clean, comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but I am vegan and there are not many vegan options. Yes, there is cereal and fruit, but not much else. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. I love the work out room. The equipment is well maintained and not old. The area is nice and not far from The main street in Concord where there are shops and restaurants.

good location, friendly staff, accommodating, decent breakfast and pool. rooms were very modern even better then some of the more expensive hotels

breakfast ended at 10 we got down at 9:20 looked like they were nearly out of mostly everything we got there just in time but people after us where not as lucky. they refilled the waffle mix because some guy complained. I feel like it should’ve been refilled until closer to the time breakfast is over till. however this is the only thing I didn’t like.

Location was right off the highway and convenient to food and gas.

Bed was too soft for my liking and uncomfortable, barn door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed and when I finally managed to get it to stay, it wouldn’t open and my husband had to call the front desk for someone to let me out. Apparently it was an issue they’d had before and weren’t surprised.

The location and always happy with The Hampton Inn.

The room was cramped where beds were but the bathroom had a lot of space that wasn’t utilized.

It was a good size, very clean, many doors which was nice since we didn’t have to walk all the way through the lobby every time we came to & from. The room was beautiful & very comfortable!

The pools were closed which was unfortunate but completely understand maintenance!

Good breakfast selection. Room nicely remodeled, though bed too high, and BR, a little tight. . Noisy hallway-room was near rear door. Pool area really Nice.

For a senior 5’3” wife, BED was too high, needed a step ladder!, Couldn’t get in without a push, Safety bar in tub in wrong place. Need one on end away from water controls. If you used the one there, you’d have to crawl over the toilet. BR a little cramped.
