The SNHU arena was very close by. The staff was exceptional with letting us have a late checkout and with parking. The breakfast was by far the best at any hotel I've stayed at.. If I need to stay in Manchester, that will be the only place I'll want to stay.

The heater made a very loud vibrating noise a few times that woke us up. I told the staff so it could be repaired before another person slept in that room. If I stayed more than one night, I'm sure the problem would have been addressed.

Shazarad (sorry if I misspelled her name) was lovely and helped execute my surprise visit to my friends by knocking at the door and saying “housekeeping “. She has a beautiful smile and is very sweet. ☺️ The front desk staff was very helpful every time I called or spoke to them in person. I mainly worked with Jason and he was great. 👍

That there wasn’t a shuttle driver available to pick me up from the airport when I arrived at 3:30 pm.

The best thing was how clean it was!! The room was a corner king and it was very spacious. The location was a short walk to the concert at SNHU Arena. Also the exterior was clean and sat back a smidge off main street so you didn't really notice the traffic. Didn't hear the traffic at all. Very easy to get to as well.

The bathroom was smaller than I would have expected. Parking is an additional $14 in the garage. There are additional fees that aren't mentioned when booking such as the $50 hold on top of taxes and room charge. Unless your reservation states breakfast included, your breakfast is not included. They may or may not have a buffet depends on occupancy.

The location in downtown Manchester is very convenient to the highway, and there are numerous good restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. The hotel has private, underground parking with room key access. Rooms are sleek and tastefully decorated, with subtle luxury touches, such as small adjustable reading lamps built in to the headboard of the bed. There is a lovely spa area with a patio, hot tub, and indoor pool under a solarium. The staff are highly-professional and make customer service a sincere and high priority.

The location was great! We had a few minute walk to anything we wanted to go to downtown, including some really great bars and restaurants. We were in town to go see a concert at the SNHU arena and we could see the arena from our hotel room! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. I have never had a better experience at a hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be looking at Hiltons when we travel now.

The only things that I didn't like is that we had to pay to park while we were there, which was something I wasn't really expecting to do and the pool and sauna were both closed. Also, the elevators took forever because there were no stairs, so everyone was forced to take them. This was especially a pain in the mornings when people were checking in and out.

A very nice hotel... very polite and pleasant staff. Clean rooms.

PARKING FEE was unexpected. Hilton HQ blew up my Hiltons Honors account -- said they could not credit my two years of points I accumulated, had to start fresh. Hilton in general "throttles" internet access, then acts like they did you a favor by granting access. As if it was not available at other hotels (like motel 6) or Starbucks without limits. They should dump this policy. I know the hotel cant help this part but, Manchester itself is a bit of a dump, probably not the best idea to go out after dark alone.

The room was very nice, the decor was nice, the bed was very comfortable.

The website for the hotel advertised continental breakfast. When I went for breakfast, I discovered that there was no continental breakfast. They serve breakfast restuarant style. But they were overbooked already if was told that I would have made a reservation if I was allowed the opportunity. The desk clerks didn't say anything about it I had to call the front desk 3 times to get wifi password. Acted like it requires a top secret clearance. I'm a Hilton Honors member over all nice but some things definitely not the best that I've had for service compared to other Hiltons. My first time writing this type of review on a Hilton Honors.

i loved everything about the hotel. the views were amazing and it was very clean . beds were so comfortable and the night staff were really cool and the manager that helped get us checked in was excellent

staff was amazing besides the guy that checked me in did not listen to me very well. and he struggled to get us checked in quick maybe he’s new but he just wasent that fast. and the tv channels were not that great u should have smart tvs in there or something other then that it was greet

The room was super clean and had everything that we needed. It was also REALLY nice that this place actually had a TV that was big and up to date with how TVs are nowadays. Warm cookies at check-in. YUM! There was plenty of different types of lighting in the room which we utilized and enjoyed.

The one complaint that we had was the shower. We were put in a handicap room so idk if other rooms are different, but as soon as you used soap the floor was SUPER slippery. Also the fan and light were combined and I prefer when those two things are separate.

Clean room for the most part, smelled great,shower was clean,had shower door,not curtain,super friendly staff and yummy warm cookies given to you upon check-in,complimentary.Nice touch double tree😊

Head board needed dusting badly. I was very surprised that the bedding wasn't fully changed over. It appeared that two of the pillowcases had not been changed. Looked like fresh red blood stains on pillow case and the pillows themselves were heavenly stained. Found hairs in between top sheet and bottom sheet,down comforter in-between top and bottom sheets also had stains.
