I loved the stuff, they were open to help. One receptionist (fair lady) helped us with our transportation. It was indeed a lovely place to stay. I will definitely come back there soon.

The rooms were spacious, the people were calm and there were routine check ups from the technical team.

Everytime I needed to talk to the staff they were very understanding and caring they were actually concerned about what I was having to say or ask. Even though we booked the wrong half of the hotel. Also we weren't able to get the house keepers until right before we left but I'm not going to mark a bad review on the hotel for that.

'The location to the event that I was attending. The people working the desk were very helpful and friendly. The size of the room and comfortable furniture and bed. Lots of pillows were very nice as well.

The card keys were hit and miss about being able to open the door locks. The lighting was dim in some parts of the room and bright in others. Bathroom size put me in mind of a mini house or cabin. You could do almost everything at once.

The room was more then I could ask for, very spacious, clean, and well stocked as far as towels and shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion. Exceeded my expectations especially for the price.

Having to wait til 245 to check in which is partly my fault for arriving a couple hours early but the fact that I did have to wait outside in the heat with my dog dude to COVID was a little frustrating but I understand the hotels policy.

Good location, clean, reasonably priced & staff was nice as well! The frontdesk lady who checked us IN to the hotel was personable! Showers were so relaxing, beds comfy.

The frontdesk guy who checked us OUT of our room wasn't very personable, didn't give me much eye contact and didn’t say "Thank you for staying with us", or show too much enthusiasm for what he was doing. Toilet didn't flush on our last morning out.

in room 241 the internet is crap im trying my best to deal with it but cause i dont like to complain and im having a blast just informing so next customer can have a better experience

The size of the room , the comfiness of the bed, the overall cleanliness of the room itself, and that it was located right next to Quiktrip. Also liked the Value considering you are allowed bring a dog with you.

Some of the channels I like to watch were in Spanish and/or had someone narrating the movie or show that wasn’t actually in the show itself . Not having any rooms where smoking was allowed but really wasn’t that big of an issue.

I like the fact that the location was perfect right next to QuikTrip and McDonald's and also to my job I also like the fact that it was very affordable and the front desk people were the best

The only complaint I have about this stay was the housekeeper that checked our room insisted that we smoked in it and had nothing but nasty attitude towards me and well I did not smoke in that room as I did get my deposit back she was just an unpleasant person

Great location for me good clean room with clean bathroom and a fair price have stayed there in the past and it has always been good

There we're no issues on my trip

Comfortable bed and room was clean. No traffic noise. Good value.

Needed to put more towels in bathroom. Need an extra blanket, the comforter on bed is a little thin.
