The girls who checked my daughter's in were awesome. Very helpful and always willing to answer questions I had. Here's the first time my daughters were traveling alone. And I felt very comfortable with them staying at that hotel. Great job.

The staff there especially the girls who check this in and we're there at the desk throughout our stay, made us feel like we had known them forever. I've traveled a lot in my life and they were definitely some of the best staff I've ever experienced. Enthusiastic , going above and beyond to make this day the best it could be. Bravo, give them a raise..

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and well attended. The beds are great, the sound between rooms non existent.aff

The WiFi was not good in our room although ok in our daughter’s room across the hall. The staff could only direct me to a number to call but that number was always answered by a machine saying call could not be answered at this time. Very annoying. The hotel should look into better service. I was offered another room but I had already settled in and did not choose to move;

Clean, quiet and economical. Staff is super nice. Rooms cleaned daily, which is now rare to find in our travels.

The parking lot seems to occasionally be the scene of some less than savory behavior. The first night we found broken car parts and beer cans in the parking spot next to ours. Fortunately, there was no damage to our car. We parked much further back after that. I suspect once the gas station next door is completed the additional lighting, etc. may discourage this.

The customer service was incredible and I hate being a messy person myself so when house keeping came around they didn’t have a heavy task and those girls are so sweet and funny. Janet the manager is excellent at what she does and never made me feel like my stay was just business. It was as if I were a frequent member when this was my first time staying there.

The stoppers in the sink and shower drain.

Everything was super clean and the location was great! We loved that it was away from the highway and congestion but close enough to be convenient! Breakfast was really good and all of the staff were so friendly! The bed was very comfortable, the room was a good size and very clean and nice.

We like when the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower are provided instead of the little bottles and bars but it’s not a deal breaker!

Staff was great and my room was serviced daily to great quality.

The A/C unit worked well, but would have expected something better than a dial unit for a property like this (like an actual thermostat). Also, the suite "kitchen" area was lackluster. No sick and faucet or dual freezer/fridge. I've stayed at suites that have this feature which I feel represents a suite. These are small gripes, though, considering the staff and support team were exceptional.

Everything was awesome. Except for the bed. It was not comfortable. And, the breakfast was good. The only thing, just wish they would change up a bit. Like have bacon some mornings. It was sausage every morning. But, everything was clean. Loved that! And, everyone was really nice!! Loved that!!

We stayed due to our power being knocked out by a wicked storm. The place was very clean and the bed super comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel a few times and had no issues.

I don't have anything bad to say. We didn't stay for breakfast because we left before it was served. The night clerk was very pleasant at check in.

Staff was personable, friendly and service-focused. Every staff person was friendly and asking what they might do to make my stay better. Janet and McKayla (front desk) were exemplary in their welcome and offering the ‘extra’ to facilitate my comfort. Josfea (Sp?) who prepared breakfast Sat and Sun was so pleasant and smiling made my day better! I remarked what a pleasure to meet a staff who were an asset to the Corporation and the hospitality business.

The inability to make a left hand turn out of the property.

Super friendly, hard-working staff. Exceptionally clean room! Comfy beds. Super white and soft towels, Daily housekeeping! Good breakfast, great coffee. Clean pool. Safe protocols.

A/C fan was loud, and refrigerator made noises all night as well; other than those two things, everything was great!
