We checked out on the 13th only to rebook later on the 13th because our apartment wasn’t reDy. And it was after 6pm when booked our stay when we got to the hotel the desk Sargent said she couldn’t allow us in the room without $100 deposit. We paid credit card. And had to go to another hotel after getting $ on a Visa card she refused. So we are canceling our stay . The $100 p as I’d from our other stay had not been applied to my card yet so I didn’t have enough. So after 3 hours running around we got another hotel room in another town. But as the 6 day stay it was great.

The desk clerk working evenings on February 13, 2022 that refused to let us get our room over a $100 deposit when I told her we could have it cleared up in the morning.

The rate was good. When I arrived the check in was easy. I had stayed there before. When I got to my room it smelled like cigarette smoke. I went to the front desk and they came and checked the room. They quickly got me to another room ...which was better.

The smell of smoke in the first room. Alot of construction workers stay there and some smoke in the rooms e en tho they are non-smoking rooms.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how clean the property was. The rooms were tidy; there was no trash blowing across the parting lot, and there was no row of broke down cars scattered across the lot.

The shower pipe had a leak.

It was clean and friendly...it was.also quiet. It is mostly used for long term construction workers...

We had a small studio room. There was plenty of room for just two of us. One queen bed and a recliner along with the kitchen terrace. The bed was firm but comfortable. If you are traveling from the Chattanooga airport...they are located within 1 mile. It is tucked away, but there are great restaurants within 2 miles. My wife did see a roach in the bathroom. I told the Staff about it at checkout. They said they would contact an exterminator. No pool, coffee or breakfast.

Everything was clean Everyon e was nice. Great location.

The property was not far from Downtown and all the attractions that Chattanooga had to offer. Very clean & spacious.

The staff was really nice. The area was very handy to get places you needed.

The dresser was broken. The floors needed mopping. The fan was broke over the stove and didn't work in the bathroom.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff.

The location isn't the best for non-driving guests. Not the worst either.

Check in was very smooth. Regina was very nice. Regina gave us everything we needed including information on local stores.

Very well lighted throughout property. Clean rooms. Very nice and modern bathrooms.

Cigarette buts and trash in corridor and stairway area. No way for late arrival to check in. Office closes
