It is an exceptional hotel. Wonderful sitting room with bedroom and spacious bathroom. Amazing views. Staff are outstanding, nothing too much trouble, always giving ideas on the best way to get to places and places to see. We ate at Vertigo for my birthday, and whilst it is pricey, I haven’t eaten at a restaurant with views like that in my whole life. Breathtaking. The Saffron Bar is also a lovely place to sit and have a drink before or after dinner, very chill and again great views. We also had massages at the Spa, again everything so beautifully presented and the therapists were of a very high standard. The breakfast buffet is again outstanding, well worth paying for when you book your room as it sets you up all day, we rarely needed lunch. It’s in the very smart area of Sathon just east of city centre but getting in in taxis/tuktuks/metro all very easy, just allow enough time in rush hour. Attention to detail everywhere , beautiful flower displays , essential oils at bed turn down, Thai fruits in the room.

There really is nothing. Only a slight thing (and I mean slight) , they’re aren’t enough places to sit around the pool for the size of hotel. A couple of afternoons we went down and it was busy and nowhere to sit as they were all taken.

Wow, what a truly wonderful experience staying at the Banyan Tree Bangkok Hotel was. From the moment I arrived I was both surprised and delighted as the hotel’s entrance was so beautifully decorated for Christmas it had me thinking I was in Santa Ville. Thanks for the great Christmas 2022. 🥳🍾🥂🤶🎄🎉 My luxurious room had the most breathtaking views over Bangkok and the river. I could even watch the sunrise from my bed! The real WOW factor was dining on the rooftop terrace at the Vertigo restaurant, 59th floor! Not to be missed! I loved everything about this hotel and wish to highly recommend it! Excellent service, super friendly and very helpful staff. 10/10!!

Breakfast was nice fresh staff attentive

Our bed was rediculously soft we both got back ache climbing out of it. Our room was facing the road which meant lots of traffic noise.

Hotel was so beautiful, clean, modern. But it’s the hotel management and service that exceeded my expectations. The moment we entered our room, they gave such amazing fruits (luxurious dragonfruit we can’t get in our country), honeymoon dessert, and very good housekeeping. Staff are all so kind and caring. Very helpful and willing to offer more than you need.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast with a very big variety of food to choose from. Fresh homemade juices. Nice rooftop bar with incredible views and the restaurant Bai Yun is highly recommended.

Rooms should have a little update, they were a little worn out. When neighbors took a shower, you could here it very good. Not enough sockets near the bed.

The breakfast buffet had a great range to choice from and the ingredients were all super fresh. The coffee was fantastic too.

The key became expired after the first night on a two night stay , so had to go back all the way down to reception to have the card activated again. Very small however everything was great. Will stay again once I’m back in Bangkok

The hotel was nice, swimming pool as well (though it was disappointing it was not heated as the temperature was chilly), breakfast was great and overall the staff was efficient and very friendly. We loved the Vertigo rooftop bar too, the view was incredible.

The view from our bedroom, despite being in a suite was disappointing. We had another building facing us and clearly this is not something showing on the pictures from Booking so it felt as if we hadn't been shared the full details. Also, at this cost, we would have expected that the swimming pool would have been heated - we could not swim for long as the water was too cold.

The breakfast was very good and very diverse. They can make coffee the way you want, there's salad, fruits, western breakfast. Lobby was a great place too and someone is playing a traditional Thai instrument to keep you entertained. The King Room was so big and had a nice view.

The accessibility of the hotel is on average. You need to take a taxi or bolt always just to get in and out of the hotel. There is also nothing around the area and the best way to spend here is to take a relaxing stay that you don't need to go out and use the hotel's spa and amenities.

The warm welcoming! The staff members were so helpful and also very convenient to amenities. The roof top bar was excellent. We literally enjoyed everyday of our stay in Banyan Tree. I would recommend to anyone who wants to spoils them self with luxury.
