Breakfast was good. Great to have the coffee machine with take away coffee cups. Half price parking for our visitor was really good, but maybe there could be some kind of deal....like spend £50 at the bar and free 2 hour parking.

Please take note of the complaints about directions to the Hotel from the airport. Maybe you could just add a little detail. When you have been on a flight, perhaps with children, it can be confusing to find your way without signs or clear instructions. #When you go out of the terminal, turn right. Keep walking until the end of the terminal and look to your right. Cross over and go into the small white building, take the lift or stairs down one level. Then walk ahead keeping the train line on your left and walk under the covered walkway. You will see the hotel sign on your right.

Compared to the other Hotel on site , this was in another league, the room was much nicer. Good breakfast plenty of choice and friendly staff.

Comfortable, convenient, with very comfortable beds and black-out curtains so you sleep well, which is just what you need when your flight is delayed and you arrive at an odd time. A powerful hot shower and a good night's sleep will restore the tired traveler. It's a short walk from the airport. The breakfast is fabulous. This is my second time here.

I'm not a fan of the music in the bar, but at least the bar is open late at night, and the staff were friendly. Travelers - bring your own adapters, for all the sockets are UK 3-pin.

Booking in

Breakfast is not as good as it was when we stopped oct 2022. Food only just warm. Hot drinks machine Not consistent with temperature of drinks. Cups only half full. Standards have fallen with the breakfast.

Perfect for early flight departures, great food, good breakfast variety. Friendly staff. Clean. Handy to walk to airport. Good value for money.

Check-in was a little slow.

Fabulous staff, friendly and very professional. 24 hour front desk and food. I had delicious sandwich served at 2am after late flight. I was solo woman traveller, felt very safe and welcome. Good breakfast choices. (I made the huge mistake of booking the Radisson on the way out … never again… unhelpful and uninterested staff there).

Staff excellent, restaurant good service and food nice. Room quiet and comfortable location for airport perfect.

Problems with the bathroom. Bath with shower and curved swing glass door to keep shower water in the bath and not onto the bathroom floor. Glass door would not stay in position and had to be opened fully outwards which then caused water onto the bathroom floor. I really wanted a long soak in the bath. But the cental pop-up plug would not stay closed, faulty . I arrived late at night and just wanted a soak and then to bed, so asking maintenence to try and fix it was not realistic at that time of night. I do think these are simply things that should be checked and fixed regularly , the bathroom facilities would then be perfect.

The room and beds were excellent. The breakfast was good buffét but at first it looked like both "sections" had the same food, so we missed that the other had different things - maybe a sign above naming a few things that are there? I also had trouble finding the tea at first. Usually it is by the coffee but here it is in another place.

The down pillows "disappear" under your head, I would have liked more support. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel. Maybe instead of just saying "just walk to the right 7 minuters" Say "Follow the terminal building round to the right, look for small signs for the hotel. When you go round the corner, go down the elevator and follow the covered walk way to the Hotel.

Absolutely fantastic! So close to the airport terminal, literally a couple of minutes under a covered walkway. Makes it really easy on an early morning flight to just get up and go. I was checked in quickly and everything was well organised with plenty of staff to ensure there was no wait. It was super easy to find from the airport, you literally just follow the signs from the exit to Hampton Hilton! The room was great, lovely size bathroom, good shower, all spotlessly clean and all the toiletries were good quality and appreciated. The rooms were really quiet which I was really surprised at given the hotels proximity to the airport, I slept well, the bed was super comfy. Also no squeaky doors or noise from neighbouring rooms. The staff were all absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble. In particular, Neil who was serving on the bar and taking food orders was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dinner was really good, served quickly and lovely and fresh. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and will do next time I’m transiting through Stansted.

Nothing… all fantastic

The hotel is so close to the terminal/train station that it made it very easy to get to when we arrived and to leave for our flight the next morning. The check in was straightforward with helpful staff members. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and the best part was the large showers, which is rare in any hotel these days. Exactly what you need when you're travelling. Breakfast was pretty extensive in choice and everything was fresh. One of the best hotel breakfast options I've seen in a while.

The pressure in the shower was a little disappointing considering the size of the shower was such a positive, and as mentioned in the positives it is always good to feel as clean as possible around travelling. One other thing, the restaurant and bar area was interesting. As we went to see if we could get a table in the restaurant we were put off by the 12.5% service charge as standard, when you could sit a few feet away in the bar and get exactly the same food. Not sure whether this should be clearer or you should be given the option (we always tip for good service anyway), especially when there are few options to eat in a location like this, or if you are on a quick turnaround travelling.
