Excellent location. Clean. Apartment gets cleaned and bedding changed every 4 days. Communicaiton via whatsapp was very good. I arrived late and they arranged someone to meet me at 23H00. Very good client service.

The lift didn't work but it didn't really bother me. Just to take note of for less mobile people.

Great location - right in the center of the town, with easy access to central parks & shopping by foot and any part of Kyiv via subway nearby. Apartment was really big, clean & comfortable.

Perhaps only the pillows - they were very thin & head was lying almost flat on the bed. Otherwise all was great!

Cool location - you can easily access city center, central subway & a couple of stores, minimarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. Room itself was good - spacey, comfy bed, good kitchen with utensils, strong A/C unit etc. There also was a room service in the middle of our stay.

Room only had 1 roll of toilet paper which is not enough if you're staying for a few days, but it's no problem to buy some in a store nearby

The room was clean and looked lovely. It was very accessible and central, and I was treated very well the whole time. I will definitely return!

The apartment was super cozy and clean. I will definitely book that again when back in Kyiv. Thanks to the administration that took care of my luggage before the check-in.

The service was high quality, the apartment also was good in the city center, clean, newly renovated.

actually all was good except hairdryer has stopped every 5minutes , I dried my for 1hour)))
