I want to share my experience about this amazing accommodation! Everything was just perfect: • Reception — super helpful and friendly! The guy and the girl at the desk were incredibly welcoming. The guy even offered to fix a broken wheel on my suitcase, which was so thoughtful. • Cleanliness — absolutely spotless! Both the room and the common areas were immaculate. • Atmosphere — safe, quiet, and very comfortable. • Room amenities — slippers, hair conditioner, coffee — all the little touches that make a difference. • Breakfast — outstanding! Delicious syrniki delivered straight to my room — the perfect way to start the day after a long trip. • Location — right in the city center, with everything close by. The luggage storage was a great convenience too. Highly recommend this place — they truly care about their guests!

Location is perfect - quiet center, walking distance from main sights, many restaurants and cafes nearby, 15 min from railway station by tram. The hotel is equipped with shelter and constant electricity supply which is a huge plus! A special kudos to the staff- super helpful and friendly! Receptionists Valeriya and Serhii stole my heart! I really felt at home- was checked in earlier, helped with the luggage and its storage after checking out, fed and treated with tea instantly after arrival, received all sorts of recommendations as for transport, shopping, sightseeing, etc. I was even provided with an umbrella for a pleasant walk around as the weather was horrible!!! The room is just like in pictures. Perfect for a single traveler. A double bed, a microwave, a fridge and a kettle are at your disposal! Toiletries with a message and prediction bowl at reception just made my day!

Lovely Staff, personable & kind to assist when asked to do so. Comfortable and modern, well thought out space. Generous allowance of utilizing their secure storage for luggage even long after check out. Decent location. Elevator a welcome plus when traveling with cumbersome kit. Nice views.

The double bed in our room was irritatingly squeaky, a bit disruptive but the same room had two singles which were really comfy. A daft thing to note perhaps but if you’re after a solid night’s sleep, the bed maybe could be a nuisance.

I've stayed here many times in the past, it's comfortable and well located, clean with good amenities, pretty much everything you need in the apartment. It's always my go to place in Lviv.

The particular room I stayed in had the bed right next to the elevator shaft, so it was a bit noisy when trying to sleep. Normally I'd just wear earplugs, but during war I decided it was more important to hear the air raid alerts. I'd stay here again, just not in the same specific apartment.

All were great, nice room with balcony, good location and helpful staff. Good facilities in the room and hotel, also beautiful area to spend time on the small yard near the hotel

Duvet covers they need to change as they are looking very old and worn out at the edges. Musty smell in the bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean, and had an adorable pink theme that added a charming touch. The window view was beautiful, and I loved having fresh water in the coffee machine, along with delicious coffee. The room was equipped with everything I needed—kettle, microwave, cups, dishes, and more. The service was also fantastic. Overall, a great experience!

Very nice quiet place in the heart of Lviv. Super balcony with a nice view.

If you are hoping for a very hearty breakfast, you may be a little disappointed, although especially the oatmeal with fruit I really enjoyed. Need to clean the air conditioning, because it smells a little.

I had the simplest room - and it was clean, bed comfy, bathroom is big enough. Even in this option the hotel offers you disposable slippers, all bathroom amenities with disposable toothbrush, small table, kettle, tea. The receptionist is sweet and nice.

I often stay here in Lviv, and I love the location, and the convenience of the amenities here. It's clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful and polite. All in all, it's my go to in the city.

Occasionally there's very little hot water.

this was a very nice apartment, it had everything you need. And it has a large window, so it was very bright during the daytime in the bathroom was excellent with a shower that had a lot of water pressure. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back here again.

The mattress was too firm for me, and the walls are a little thin. You could hear peoples conversations.
