Staff were amazing! Added value they upgrade our room from studio to 1 Bedroom without additional charges. Also, location wise is pretty impressive, very accessible to Al Whada Mall and Central Bus Station which good for us because we came from Dubai. Definitely there will be next time!

Not really don't like it, but I can suggest to have some kitchen utensils and kitchenware's should be available because property offer kitchenette. But it's fine, you can request it and surely they will accommodate the needs.

I reached a early and requested an early check in. However they couldn't accommodate me but they offered me to relax in the lobby and hurried to prepare the room for me i was celebrating my birthday and my fiance arranged a surprise birthday cake and the reception staff helped him with the cake. It's our third stay in rotana and second stay in arjaan we both love the place its so peaceful and nobady disturbs us we really love to visit arjaan rotana I'm planning to celebrate my fiance birthday next month and definitely gona stay here again.

I wish there were more options in the in room dining menu

Well appointed apartment in a good location - was very close to the central bus station which suited us as we caught the bus from Dubai. The apartment was very near the Al Wahda mall. The reception, cleaning and breakfast restaurant staff were very good and the breakfast selections were very good (we paid the small additional fee for breakfast each day of our stay).

Nothing comes to mind

Ideal location. Quite good breakfasts. Near a large mall where you can buy everything you need. Not far from the bus station.

Very poor housekeeping. Upon arrival, we saw a chip on the floor in the bedroom. In the corners, the dust was not removed during the entire stay. There was chewing gum on the bedside table.

The room is nice and spacious. There's a desk, and free wifi works perfectly, so it's a great choice if you work remotely. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

There was a nice kitchenette with a stove in the room, but there was no even basic kitchen stuff like a knife or a frying pan :)

The check-in staff were excellent. The concierge took care and safely parked my car. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom has a large shower and full compliments. The room is fully tiled, which caused a little room echo. Not too bad. During checkout, Elsa was very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back soon.

The television does not have any English speaking channels. This needs to be changed.

My stay at this hotel was just wonderful. The staff is super friendly and helped me with all my needs. The room was pretty big with a mini kitchen. The shower was fantastic. Breakfast was pretty descent. The location was good near a Mall and the bus station.

The kitchen didn't have any basics such as cutlery, pots or pans. A microwave would have been useful. All the rest was excellent.

It's just a perfect Apartment with kitchen. Its very spacious and located near by Al Wahda Mall and Bus Station. I travelled from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and this Hotel made me feel comfortable while staying in Abu Dhabi!!!- Thank you for all the staffs!!!- They are very attentive and accommodating my stay, especially the receptionists always smiling and ready to help.

There is no swimming pool :(

The staff was excellent. Allan and all the people at breakfast and the front desk were hospitable and kind. It was a professional and courteous environment.

It smelled like a mildewed carpet in the lobby area but the hotel room was clean.

I have stayed in AL Rawda for 3 nights in December. First room i have been given appeared to be for skokers and the smell was unpleasant, so i asked to change and was given 2 options immediately. When they seemed smaller for me than the 1st one, the staff offered me free upgrade and i have ended up in a big room wih a kitchen. Very cosy. Due to CORONA the restaurant delivered breakfast to the room after a call (order), nice, but up to 40 min waiting is expected. The internet was perfect, i can say as i was working remotly and none of my videocalls have been interrupted.

Even though i turned off the conditionning, was i bit cold for me, stayed dressed or under the blanket ;) A toothpaste and tothbbrush package would be nice to have in the bathroom. Dialing local numbers is not free, you'll be charged.
