Everyone is very nice always ready to serve you except the reception desk when I checked out at about 11:10 I asked reception desk name Ann about 10% service charge for what kind service. She even did not look what I showed her and said not knowing what agency gave this charged. I understand agency provided room rate but they can decide tax and service rate. Furthermore she didn't listen to me and insisted on not knowing what the service charge for. Finally I had to require to talk to her manager. She didn't answer my request looked not let me to talk her manager. After I insisted she asked me to sit . After 5 minutes later, she came up to me and tell me what was service fee for, but finally I still didn't see her manager.

Everything was perfect, the beds could've been more comfortable though!

Price of everything was too high compared to the services provided.

Everything at this hotel was exceptional. If you are thinking of staying here, just book your stay! Look no where else because this is the absolute best you’ll get in Abu Dhabi. Everything really does go beyond your expectations. The staff are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to serve you. Complimentary tea and dates upon arrival. You get escorted to your room by the reception staff. We got a beautiful jar of pure honey upon check out too! There is everything in this hotel, you don’t even need to step out. We had buffet at vendome and it was purely divine. We were celebrating our honeymoon and my husbands birthday for which we got complimentary chocolate cake in our room with bouquet of roses, chocolate dipped strawberries and a box of chocolate covered dates. The staff at vendome gave us the most delicious slice of chocolate cake as well for my husbands birthday and the chefs came out to check on us too which was so sweet. There are free camel rides and paddle boarding and kayaking too. This hotel is truly a gem. Can’t wait to go again!!

The best service in my experience! very relax. Many activities in the hotel, my kids have so much fun here! The room is clean and convenient, just next to the pool and the beach.

Some ants and mosquitoes in the garden, but it is not a big deal.

Our stay at the Emirates Palace was exceptional- from the moment you check-in, the receptionist personally walks you to your room and tells you about the history of the palace. We received beautiful boxes of chocolate dates in our room upon arrival. There are endless of things to do here- from free camel riding to watersports, a mini waterpark to getting a golf cart tour of the entire property which spans over 1 km. Shout out to our tour guide Abdul Aziz for showing us around, your friendliness made lasting impression on us. I would definitely recommend the breakfast buffet, they had a very large variety of food to choose from- even a entire shelf of jars of honey from the hotel’s own bees! The Emirates Palace is conveniently located next to the Presidential Palace so can check 1 thing off your bucket list.

Nothing I can think of

Koffi from the east wing beach morning shift just made the difference for us in every aspect. The service in the most authentic, respectful way you can imagine. Very intuitive and intelligent person with unique personality making the difference. 1.3 km beach with maximum privacy you can get on earth with the most respectful service.

WiFi could be better but the venue and the property and the overall relaxed feeling just overcompensated everything. Maybe you should not be on your phone while being there 😃

I loved everything about the hotel and certain staff who attended to us made everything memorable. Friendly and very helpful staff from the moment I landed to check out. Shout out to the staff who made my stay a memorable one - Joseph (who greeted me upon my arrival with a huge genuine smile), Myria who helped with my check in and showed me to my room even a short history about the hotel, Sechin and Palel the two men who took turns guarding the entrance of the wing I stayed in with my boss. They both greeted us in the morning with smiles on their faces and small geninue greetings and chats when we head out and come back in. To the staff who cleaned our room everyday, thank you so much. Thank you all for your excellent service. Stayed for 7 nights and had a marvelous time there.

I didn't find any fault at all.

Everything was amazing and perfect. The hotel, the location, the room, the house keeping, the restaurants, the pool and the beach.

The breakfast at Vendome was not at the level of a 5 stars hotel and especially not at the level of emirates palace has in all other aspect. Croissant super dry, coffee and cappuccino not good at all, vegetable super cold, packaged orange juice. They offer a very huge choice of food but the quality of is very average. Also they made mistakes on our order and some other table were complaining as well. Also very slow in service. I report to the reception they took note but no action at all when I went to pay the bill. I would expect a gesture from the management.

Amazing property with everything one could need for a perfect holiday. The room was one of the best we ever stayed in. We choose the one with a private garden and being on the ground floor overlooking the pool area was such a great thing. The beach area is even better than at Atlantis in Dubai because the sand is fine and white. Both pools were great. I also enjoyed the bike ride around the property. It is a better alternative to the boggy ride. Shout out to Joseph from the lobby - he was super helpful with our luggage.

The only thing we didn’t like at the Salt and Kole restaurant was the fact that they didn’t say from the beginning that there was a minimum amount for ordering and we needed to take extra food just to be aligned with the amount for 2 people.
