The Pool very good and suitable with my child

The Indian stuff in the reception his behavior is inappropriate and unsmiling - and I asked him for a baby bed 3 times, but he did not respond and also when i requesting him politely to give us a good view be give use bad view and on third floor also

Breakfast is enjoyable, although at times it can become a bit monotonous due to my extended stay. I don't hold the hotel restaurant accountable for this, but I suggest they consider having two rotating menu lists to add variety each day. The reception staff is exceptionally kind, professional, and polite. The cleaning team is also very pleasant. The restaurant staff is polite, professional, well-organized, and consistently helpful, eliminating the need to call for assistance. They always wear a welcoming smile. The hotel's location aligns well with my company's, requiring only a 15-19 minute drive, compared to other hotels that are 40-60 minutes away. Overall, I've had a positive experience, and I plan to repeat it with my family.

The TVs in most of the rooms are a bit old.

If you want to escape the city noise, this is the perfect location. The staff are very nice and helpful especially Rashif from the reservation team. Thank you for the room upgrade. The view from our room made the whole experience worth the trip. Additionally, we availed of the Gala Dinner for the New Year and all of the food was delicious. It was a great experience staying with you. This hotel is definitely something I would recommend to my family and friends. We will surely come back!

a normal carpet and a praying carpet in the room would be nice, also the cleaners should've at least waited till I asked for a cleaning service instead of just entering the room randomly when am gone, its understandable, but it was a bit rude

U can't eat ur food at the pool. Have to buy from them u can't eat in the lobby . Take forever for room services and assist .. have to fone 10 times Padal tenniss very expensive 200 AED Have to pay for everything The comfort and care for their guests comes secondary to Making money That's their 1st concern and focus.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. We were traveling with a 2 yr old and they made everything comfortable and easy. The pool was good because of the area specifically for kids and our daughter enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast and lunch were also okay.

The fact that I couldn't reach anyone from the hotel on the same day to ask for further details during our stay. I drove from Dubai so I have limited phone time to deal with it. The staff did their best to take care of us as soon as we reached so everything went well in the end.

I like how it's located away from the city and away from noise. Also the ladies pool with a sauna and a steam room was a bonus because we got to enjoy it with no one else around. I also love that we had a balcony with the pool's view which made it so easy to access anytime.

There were no slippers provided and there were no rugs especially in the bathroom so the floor was all wet. Good thing we brought our own slippers but if it hadn't been for that, it would have been an uncomfortable experience.

The hotel staffs are very approachable and accommodating. Maribel and Afsal did a great job of assisting us in all our needs. Thanks to them and we were able to enjoy our stay. The hotel is far from the busy city life and you can really feel that you are in a vacation. I love their pool and lobby.

The hotel needs to do some upgrade in their facilities and I hope all parking area are covered, a valet would be nice too. Breakfast is good but little variety options. But overall the price of what I pay is quite good.

Considering the stars, the hotel was decent. The staff super friendly, even though the occupancy was full. room was clean and housekeeping did the turnover as asked. Overall decent stay.

Room 2237 has a bright spot light right outside the room, which made made it impossible to use the balcony, or open the curtains at night. The exhaust in the bathroom wasn't working at all times, but it wasn't a major issue.
