The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious with good facilities. The kitchen is well equipped. All rooms have their own bathrooms and good sized wardrobe. The living room is spacious and is split into a sitting area and dinning area with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows.

The breakfast was okay, nothing too special. Could improve the quality of the food and coffee. The breakfast staff are not as friendly nor very family accommodating as we hoped. Room service food quality/taste can improve. The pool is standard nothing special but the kids were happy about it.

Food options were good. Breakfast buffet was quite rich. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good spa, great pool.

Our original reservation via Booking.com was cancelled and no one informed us, so when we arrived we found out that we have no reservation... luckily we were able to make a new one on the spot. The price differential between Booking.com prices and facility prices was huge. The location is not very central and not close to almost anything of importance.

All staff were friendly and went above and beyond

The fact that we booked for 2 adults and 2 children... bit then when we got there there was a bed for my girls.. and to be told there was a charge for another bed. You can't say it's suitable for a family of 4 and then charge for an additional bed...... need to make that clearer if that the case.

Wonderful staff Mrs.Alaa,Mr.Raj and Mr.Mohamad they were very helpful in smooth check inn and they help me with late check out as well. The location was very convenient for me it is in the middle between the downtown and Yas area. Also, wasn't far from Abu Dhabi airport about 20min by taxi. The hotel was very quiet although they were having alot of groups checked inn during my stay.

The studio room that I had was very good as it gave me the flexibility to use the facilities in the room such as the cooker and laundry machine

The washing machine was not working and no one from Maintenance was able to sort the problem. It should be sorted so that other guests don't experience this problem

Well located. Super friendly and helpful staff, like Sangita from houskeeping and her manager, also the restaurant and reception. They fixed the Wifi and the safety box in no time. Excellent food.

Amazing hotel and facilities, very friendly staff, from the entrance - concierge Zakeer, to Joyce at the reception who provided us excellent room (we booked 3 Bedroom Suite), very spacious and big balcony. There is great bar Coopers - we loved it, thank you Raees and Bikash. Playground for kids, tennis court, location right next to beautiful big park. Definitely recommend.

value for money, excellent service, relaxing and pleasant stay, tasty food, very accommodating staff specially Vinod & Ahmad from Ginger all day dining and Ashok [Guest Relation Manager)and Ms. Alaa (front desk), Spa is nice

Its not no about I didn't like but it would have been better if they have jacuzzi

Breakfast was good - though it can have more options on daily basis - as of now options are limited

Room cleaning can be regular rathar than reminding the person every day

The breakfast does not reflect the hotel standard. Most of the breakfast buffet is tastless
