The Wimbledon Final match was being played while I was staying in the hotel. The rooms did not have the channel so the hotel arranged for the guests to view the match in the bar at Ground floor. As I was sitting there and watching the game, I was thrown out saying that I cannot wear my scarf in the bar. I am a huge tennis fan and I asked how else can I watch the final match. They didn't offer me any solution, so I had to stand at the entrance of the bar for 2 hours to watch the game. This is not how you should treat your guests. I have travelled extensively and my scarf has NEVER been a problem, even in Europe. Its very sad and disrespectful that this has happened.

The room was clean and the area was quiet so we were able to enjoy our time together. We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights for a reasonable price and true enough we were recharged during our stay at Centro.

Although we were able to fit ourselves in the connecting room, we felt like it is slightly small for us to do some activities

Cleanliness

We checked-in a little before mid night. I had requested a queen bed, but initially a twin bed room was allotted to me, it was later corrected when I reached out to the reception. We were all really exhausted by the travel, and this changing rooms made discomfort. Also, there was some pest control medicine were sprayed in the corridor when we were still in the room, there was a lot of smell of pesticide in the room. this is really bad feeling.

It is decent accommodation, but nothing extraordinary. Close to Grand Mosque. Amenities were provided in room, and cleanliness is at really high level. Staff very polite and helpful. We didn't use any facilities as swimming pool or restaurant. It seems as good value for money option.

Room was a bit small, but OK, all in all acceptable. But what I have to And also, I have to emphasize that we paid extra for the room with the view on the 19th floor. But it is completely the same if you were on the first or the 19th floor, due to the skyscraper in front of the hotel - that is the only thing that you can see from the window.

We only stayed for a night and everything was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Clean and large pool, with great views. We have been offered the possibility to checkout at 4pm, which sounded great, but unfortunately we had to catch a flight around midday. But if we were to have stayed in the city for longer, it would have been a great option for us to be able to check out later. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for attending events at ADNEC. The room was spacious enough and clean. We liked there were mirrors everywhere but didn't see a full length mirror. All amenities we needed were available and even though my friend forgot her toothbrush, housekeeping was kind enough to pass us one. The staff were really great and friendly at the hotel. They helped us with an early check in as well and how to use parking. Definitely would choose to stay here again for future events.

The soap and shampoo quality didn't suit us very well. Lucky a bar soap that was more delicate on skin was available

The room and other facilities were maintained in excellent condition. People travelling for work in ADNEC must make use of this property. However, room wi-fi was bit struggling as even a whatsapp voice call couldn't go through properly. Breakfast and restaurants serve you delicious delicacies. Overall a great property, if you are travelling on work.

This hotel is very close to the huge convention centre. The highlight for me at the hotel were the staff. Every single one I met went beyond what they needed to do for me…. I was so impressed. This made the stay very special and helped me really appreciate UAE and especially Abu Dhabi. Thank you to everyone there!

Clean property, staffs are very helpful especially the reception staff. I would like to recommend the front office staff Shikhar, such a helpful personality. Initially I planned to stay with Centro Rotana for one week but then later discussion with Shikhar, really made me to rethink the decisions and am now booked with Rotana for 3 consecutive weeks and will continue.

Staff and i would like to thank the Egyptian female she was so helpful and patient. anything i asked her, she do it for me as goodwill and tray to have my satisfaction not only me she do the same with other people before my turn come Unfortunately, i can't remember her name, but she was in the morning shift on that day .
