it was a great hotel and staff were amazing. Big shout out to Ramen at the pool bar. he worked all day himself without a break, and I mean all day, with a smile on his face and a professional attitude.

unfortunately one of the pools was closed after the storm. Not Rotana’s Fault. the music in the moodz bar was far too loud… not sure how you can call that a sports bar. Wanted to spend time there but just couldn’t. Didn’t like that a member of staff (Ramen) was treated that way, there should have been surplus staff from the closed pool that could have supported him and the guests. poor leadership on display.

Our Special And Sincere Thanks to Mr. Vikash And Mr. Sayed. Thanks to Mr. Vikash for changing the course of our stay by asking our feelings and taking immediate action and this was what won our hearts and made our stay perfectly enjoyable. Thanks to Mr. Sayed for being so attentive to us while serving us breakfast. Mr. Sayed's professionalism was definitely the best and due to this our breakfast time was truly comfortable. Other notable names are Mr. Anuj, Ms. Theresa, Mr. Luel and Ms. Lamie who made our stay comfortable. Also, the swimming pool team and in-room dining team were very efficient to deal with.

Some of the staff at reception need to improve and some of the staff serving breakfast and at the entrance of ZEST on 21-DEC-2023 also need to do better.

Fantastic room, great pool and breakfast, the team there are fantastic, will come back, and recommend to my friends, with kids, good valet parking and beautful lobby, very clean and good wifi. tv is good and in room food is reallly good and big portions.

i work in this industry so i know what to look for, to be honest, i checked everything, there was not anything to find. in room amenities such as tea and coffee was good but could be a little more such as milk and coffee. but this is me being very very very picky. Well done Rotana Team, very good. Breakfast manager maybe Egyptian gentalman

I’ve been frequenting this hotel since August of 2016, I believe, and they’ve always been great. The Ethiopian lady at the check-in desk last night, was most accommodating as well. I checked-in after a long day of business in AlAin, and decided to stop-by for a quick shower, along with a much-needed first and only meal by dinner. The in-room dining experience was awesome, as was the case, during my last stay in May. Highly-recommended, and the ambiance was equally fascinating too. I ran into a bunch of senior citizens from Germany, at the elevator, two older Spanish ladies oh my way to checkout, and a whole lot of Babel from throughout South Asia, and tons of locals as well. I can’t think of a better hotel to stay at, whenever you find yourself in AlAin.

This property is beautiful for the area. The room looks new and the finishing is very nice. I especially liked the lounger in the room and the turndown service. Icy towels were brought around while at the pool.

I was incredibly disappointed that they water was not served at the pool to guests. This is a standard in almost all hotels in the UAE and they are actually charging for bottles of water, when they freely give it out from housekeeping. This is a small change that would make the experience much better. I did complain to the manager and he brought us two cold bottles of water, but I shouldn’t have had to complain. The pool towels were low quality and looked very used compared to the hotel towels.

The atmosphere in the lobby was calm and elegant but family energy was welcomed. Staff looked genuinely happy to be at work and more than happy to help. Pool has a nice athletic, was well guarded and felt safe. Breakfast was fantastic! immaculate modern dining area with nice layout. Food stations looked clean and very appetising. The team clearing up and serving were fast and the whole operation looked like a well oiled machine. Dyed one of the managers on shift didn’t hesitate to accommodate us when we asked to have a kissing feature of our room adhered to. Shayen showed us to our room and he was so kind and he seemed genuinely excited and impressive by the room himself.

I didn’t like how the baby pool wasn’t cleaned more regularly. At approximately 8pm I alerted staff about how a child had clearly put mud and live Beatles into the water and and how it was looking really dirty and a man said “don’t worry mam we clean the pool very well at 5am” The second thing I didn’t like was that the first room offered to us had a city view but if you’re on the first floor like this room was then your view is mainly just of the atrium roof which is laden with cigarette buts. Lastly I saw 1 cockroach by the entrance as I was leaving.

This time I would like to thank the management for choosing professional and amazing staff especially FO staff and HK staff , the rooms well equipped and well maintained cleanliness wise very clean, it was a bit noisy due to some maintenance next to our room but once I called operator they stopped , once again thanks to Hosam and his team from FO and the amazing bartender Ramen for his wonderful hospitality and welcoming , we will be back soon

Excellent location, amazing breakfast and great service.

We booked pool view room but were given a room at the far end of the building and had to come to the balcony and look right to see the pool... Also the first room assigned to us had some bed bugs or mites and we couldn't sleep but the room was promptly changed by the front desk manager at 2 in the morning which didn't have any issues but again didn't have a direct pool view.

The suite was spacious and updated. Felt like living in a new hotel. The facilities were good. Overall experience was wonderful would definitely come back again if I was ever in town again.

We used the pool and the kids play area. The pool did not feel as clean as we had hoped, also the kids play area was rather small. We were given a pool view suite and there was an event at night by the pool and we were not told prior to check in that there would be an event so that we could request not being in room that was loud at night.

everything was top notch really - proper 5 star experience We had to wait for the room a bit but then got upgraded to a larger one in a peaceful area Restaurant for diner is really something, food is delicious and so varied - some of the best we had in a long time Full staff was so dedicated (everyone of them, helpful and smiling) and caring. Planning to go back already...
