I loved the location, internet, attendants, assistance, room service, cleanliness and neatness

The outstanding service provided by all staff, the nonobstructive creek and city view from our room, the infinity pool and Gusto restaurant on the 18th floor. (we could see both the Burj Khalifa and the frame from our room as well as an outstanding sunset. Our 3-bedroom apartment was located on the 14th floor. Also, the hotel maintained a lovely gym with all the necessary machines and free weights so I did bot skip my workout program

The Breakfast variety was simple. I would have preferred if there were more American/ European selections such for example pastries, donuts, cakes.

Everything about the hotel and its services was amazing. Spacious apartment..top notch housekeeping services...Coffee items and bottled water were replenished everyday. Staff at the reception were cheerful and kind.Smooth check-in and check-out. We were 1hr late for checkout as we were caught in traffic on way back from Abu-Dhabi, but the hotel was very co-operative, truly appreciate it. Will definitely stay here again on our trips to Dubai. Thank You!!!

This hotel was superb in every way - I would definitely stay here again. Highlights: the room was *so* comfortable, perfect for recovering after a long flight. Everything is new, clean, modern, and high quality. It really felt luxurious. And the staff was wonderful. It was so easy to get a taxi to anywhere (La Mer, Abu Dhabi, Jumeirah, etc.) without any wait at all, and for a very reasonable rate. The location on the north side of town was ideal for us as it meant a short ride in after a late night arrival, and it didn't take long at all to ride a taxi to all of the sights we wanted to see.

No complaints at all - it was truly perfect.

Not a big thing but: - no shuttle to Diera City Center although it’s 7 minutes near. But shuttle go other places - mattress not ver comfortable

Everything from the delicious breakfast buffet, to the amazing service, simply was perfection. I have not slept this good in ages, and I really felt taken care of. Not only did the staff updrade our room to a really luxurious one for free: they even suprised me with a birthday cake (I turned 30 at the 18th of may)!

first of all,, if im an owner of one hotel and i need one lady to work as receptionist or in charge i will take ms Yuldus i never ever see like this girl she is very helpful and offers awesome care for the guests thanks alot for hes and also to mr mustafa in the restaurant if you need any service inside the restaurant you can call him. everything was awesome location is perfect breakfast is nice also all locations that we need to go was very near from the hotel there is canal view it’s very nice.

the toilet slide door doesn’t have lock…and I don’t like room fridge it too small to keep the food inside because of its design

the whole staff are amazing and welcoming I do remember a guy named Krishna on the housekeeping team who worked accordingly to my needs and time which I will always remember I have stayed here before and I always come back as I am familiar with the whole and I love the decor also plus the kindness from the whole staff so nice to be welcomed by every staff during breakfast, even all the chefs are soooo polite that you just want to stand and have a chat . I love love this hotel

Smooth check in facilitated by friendly staff. Excellent room and fantastic interior fully equipped kitchen enjoyed complimentary fruit basket ample parking facility close to good restaurants and creek Can't comment on other facilities as did not use

Convenience store within hotel, I felt was way too expensive for most basic stuffs. but never mind, supermarket is just across the road so no issues.
