I think this hotel is one of the hotels that really gives you the feeling that you are in Dubai. The real Dubai. With it's hospitality , charm, services, and attention to details. Before I got out of my taxi - cab I was greeted by a wonderful staff lady and escorted to the reception with a big smile and great attitude. My luggage was taken care of so fast I was amazed. I wish I can remember her name. Thanks staff lady at the front door. :) The hospitality and the charm and the excellent attitude by everyone there became clear to me throughout this wonderful establishment from the check-in to my check-out. You see the smiles everywhere you go and the efficiency in their everyday work. the attention to details was amazing. This is indicative of a hard working staff together with an outstanding management . I want to extend my many thanks and appreciation to my friend Santosh Shrestha / housekeeping at the fourth floor for his hospitality and everything he has done to make my stay more comfortable and memorable. He always made sure that I got everything I need and he always attentive and quick , with a smile. I wish him and all the others all the best and Godspeed.

Loud music can be heard in some rooms at night. The depleted breakfast and cutlery are slowly replaced. The restaurant staff is not professional or kind. Loud air conditioner.

My special thanks go to Mohamed Younis house-keeping person who take care of the room 715 during my 20 nights stay for his commitment, attention to details and customer satisafication sipirt. The creek view from the room and open horizon are beautiful and price-less.

the staff was very serviceable and efficient

Housekeepers extremely noisy in the morning when guests are trying to sleep. constantly talking in the hallway and banging the vacuum cleaner. secondly the carpets in the rooms need proper deep cleaning and sanitizing. They have terrible looking spots everywhere.

The bed room and bathroom were clean. Furniture in the room were adequate. Adequate storage space. I did not take any food, I ate mostly out of the hotel. Overall, it was pleasant, I would recommend it to anyone.

It was a short stay of only 2 days. There was not enough time to enjoy the stay as most of the time I was out, the only time I was in the room was to sleep. The only disappointment is the location.

The location is good, the staff is friendly and everyday there is cleaning where we receive free water and nice bath supplies. The room was like new and extremely confortable.

It was not that easy to find initially.

My standard number was upgraded to a suite one because of low season that was pleasant! There was good air conditioning. It was quite silent during the night.

No iron, when I asked the reception they promised to deliver it but didn’t. No transition from European to local electric plugs.

Non-central but still nicely located accommodation whithin a walking distance to local restaurants and metro and not far from the airport. Helpful staff and overall good facilities for this money. A good option for an overnight flight connection.

it’s close from the main street and there’s a lot of markets and restaurants near the hotel the room was very clean and spacious and got every thing you may need

the buffet was very poor , they don’t have variety in food and the food was not tasty at all i was eating outside the hotel
