Most things i liked is location and cleanliness. And staff is also really helpful and competent. When I checked-In an unpleasant situation happened. I booked queen bed in studio but i got single beds. I approached front desk and requested to change. Initially our conversation didn’t gone well and things started to heat up because of unavailability of other apartment but then their manager Mr Wasim swooped in and he upgraded me to 1 BHK free of charge. That was really generous and unexpected. He took situation very well with his experience. Later everything was really good I extended my stay 3 times in same 1 BHK apartment because we loved this place, facilities inside apartment like kitchen was well equipped, staff Akash from reception every time gave us discount and very helpful and housekeeping. Aditya from housekeeping was very nice guy he came and provided us everything in just one call and in minutes

There’s nothing to dislike. But yeah few things can be improved. Specially lighting in bathroom. Overall everything was very well organized and upgraded. I don’t know why there are some negative reviews. But yeah sometimes unfortunate things happens.

Excellent property and very convenient to daily activities everything is at walking distance very near to ADCB metro, grocery stores and convenience for taxi anytime.Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful, especially Mr. Razi who was the Manager there had an excellent time with him a truly wonderful person with professional skills very keen to help in every way possible. Mr. Chain Singh who came to clean my room every day a very hardworking and professional guy who was available 12 hours i stayed there for 16 days and all indian/Pakistani restaurants were on walking distance , 5 min walk to the Masjid Allhamdullilah had a very pleasant environment just like a family member I didn’t feel like i am away from my family i highly recommend this hotel for your comfortable stay.

The apartment was spacious. The amenities were great. It's located close to multiple supermarkets and a metro station, so it's very convenient as well. Amazing value for money.

One thing that was a bit odd to me... they offer a bottle of water every day. One of the days I was headed out and asked for a bottle at the reception. They said they could give it only at the room. I was in a rush and didn't have time to go back to the room and wait for it.

The ambience was good The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. View was good. Room was good Bed was good. Overall ok..

The toilet had cracks. Deep cleaning is a must. Wall tiles need to be replaced. The drain was blocked after the shower. The B2 parking area needs more signages and needs to be specific on the numbers mentioned. Exit route to be clearly identified..

All is wonderful

I loved the size of the rooms. The two toilets were a great idea and useful. Loved the washing machine, and the big fridge.

Missed the hand towels at the sinks. Later they provided it. Missed the bathmat or a towel for that use. After shower it is comfortable and good to avoid slipping.

Location is good. Room also good but Toilets tiles need to change with new tiles. Rooms may be provided with floor carpet

Toilet looks dull only. Need to change the dub , Lavatory items .

The room is very neat and comfortable. all amenities provided. beautiful pool, kitchen. very friendly staff. I want to note the impeccable cleanliness in the room. in my room it was provided by Mr. Shakeel Ahmed. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at ALMANAR GRAND HOTEL APARTMENTS. I recommend

No doubt i read many negative comments but to my surprise all Staff were calm, well mannered, and polite. I do not know why people posting bad. Here i say must visit and stay to have good experience. I again thank you al manar hotel for you best servise may u have success. Dr. Aman India.

Request to open a small breakfast system or evening snack. Sometime not verg rich person come and main problem is of food so if one time a small amount is available will be best. Person will give dua Regards

My stay is always astounding and meet my expectations and one of best place to relax after hectic week .The most amazing part of this place the staff is always welcoming and generous and show coursey on arrival .I would like to thank to all front office staff include Mr.Rafi and vikash being hospitable and perplexing .
