Our home for 16 nights, we loved our stay. Such a comfortable apartment. The facilities are great, the staff, exceptional. In particular Merceline on the front desk was extremely helpful and always warm in demeanour. Hassan in housekeeping was meticulous, kind and greatly appreciated. Both are assets to the establishment. In fact all the staff deserve praise. The in-house dining and room service was also on point. The new lobby at Golden Sands 3 is welcoming, stylish and correctly demonstrates the ongoing commitment to excellence. I have no hesitation in recommending Golden Sands to any traveller.

WiFi connection was a bit slow in my room which i understand as my room was the last room of the corridor. You will get transport problems during specific hours (Taxi), just use "Careem" reliable service. Don't trust any Non Taxi service as you will get several of those outside. Just make sure you are using the Yellow Taxi, with reliable meters. Do all your trip by meter as other Non Taxi meters are modified and will make you pay a lot.

The hotel is home away from home. I came for 1 week holidays with 3 child's with family. We liked every bit of the hotel facilities specially the in house breakfast with on call food support at any time. The restaurant food was fast to deliver and value in money. The nearest grocery was very helpful. All the malls and restaurants was nearby. Overall happy with my stay , and will consider again on my next visits.

Clean, good location, everything as promised in property description, amazingly friendly staff. Home away from home! Hasta the guy for room service was simply awesome; he was friendly, fast and very efficient.

They didn't accept deliveries when we were out. They couldn't even have a hotel staff accompany the delivery agent to drop items at our door, even when we pleaded!

its clean... the lobby so as the room smells good, the staffs were so accommodating like vipin and ghulab. The front desks staff stephan , abdallah , japana and especially sadam were so welcoming and enthusiastic. the staff attending the pool greeted us with a smile. keep up the good work guys.

when we tried the sauna its not functioning

Staying here for the 4th or 5th time. Nothing fancy but always delivers consistent service. Ideal for family short holidays. Area is surrounded by Indian communities (that may be a pro or con). Due to being a regular client now, I get some special discounts too.

Toilets can get foggy & wet fast.

The room was exceptionally bigger in size with a sitting area, two bedrooms and a fully functional kitchen. Initially, they gave us a room which was right next to the restaurant, we requested for a different one and the reception staff (especially one Mr Evan) readily agreed and provided a better one.

The cigarette smell from adjoining rooms somehow enters the hallway and isn't pleasant whenever you get in and out of your room

Breakfast was very good. Housekeeping also good. Reception staff very helpfull.

Pool should be open 24/7. With the heat it would be good to swim anytime. Also difficult to find the correct hotel as they have a few different blocks and it does not tell you on the booking what numer hotel to go to.

The beds were very comfortable warm and cozy to sleep in.

A bit more cleaning could be done under the sofas and beds. While there was a variety of breakfast dishes, the cooked foods could have more options for international guests who may not be comfortable with the spicy dishes and options

The window should have been insulated ..... the outside noise of construction was quite disturbing
