The overall politeness and attitude of the staff. Cleanliness and order in the room. Size of the room. Cool flavoured water in the lobby. A kitchenette is a lifesaver for someone like me, who prefers to cook their own meal. I got very bad stomach reactions from restaurant food too many times to risk it on a business trip.

The AC system is noisy and really annoying while trying to fall asleep. Turning it off didn't solve the whole problem, the low-frequency noise came from the vents. I didn't find any substantially sized bowl to make my cereal (there is a hotel breakfast, but when travelling for work I strongly prefer my own food in the morning). View - not here. Not that I expected or needed it anyway.

Our room is good,complete amenities which i prefer because we stayed 8 days it is easier for us that we can cook whenever we like and do our laundry at our room, location is near to metro sharaf greenline and bus stations also, supermarkets are nearby, the staff of the hotel is as always helpful especially at the reception, everyday you can see the smile on their faces when they see you and never failed to greet you. Thank you Savoy.

The only thing is the pool area, as much as we wanted to use this facility often it is quite small for all the guests who are staying to use at the same time but this is not an important thing for us.

Staff attentive to customer needs. Good breakfast. On the day of our departure we were provided with a takeaway breakfast due to our earlier departure than normal breakfast times. The rooftop pool is very nice.

We stayed at the Savoy Crest and not at the Savoy Park, the structure was changed upon our arrival. The first room we were assigned had a problem with the air conditioner which completely flooded the bathroom, we asked for the room to be changed and so it was. From the room you can hear all the noises from the street.

We appreciated having a small kitchen and washing machine. The apartment was neat and tidy when we arrived. Front desk staff were generally helpful.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 12. The room had one queen size bed and one single pull out couch. When we asked for a cot for our second son the staff told us it would not fit in the room, we do not agree. Also, we were frustrated, it is very clear from our booking search that we are 4 people, why is there not sleeping accommodation for 4 people? Our youngest son ended up sleeping on the couch cushions on th le floor for 3 nights, which was not ideal.

Everything went well with this trip. We stayed for 10 nights and checkin was very quick. My kids were already sleeping as we arrived at 4am. Upon request, they provided cloth drying stand and extra bedsheet.

The bathroom was small. The doors were old and were making noise while opening/closing.

The apartment was spacious and very clean and fully furnished. The staff was exceptionally responsive and always smiling. Reception guided us very well for metro utilisation. Mahesh at reception was very helpful.

The breakfast was to the point with a reasonable mix of dishes. The manager of the restaurant at savoy park Hotel apartments individually asked for feedback on breakfast and services. Me and my family had a great time. We will definitely visit again and be guests. The room was refreshingly comfortable

It is a very nice and clean property as usual and as expected from the SAVOY group. Nice and clean rooms with ample car parking. Good breakfast. I usually preffer them as my first choice when I visit DUBAI UAE. Will stay again in future.

As such nothing but the toilet is a little smaller and can be a concern for some one. Other than that all OK.

The location is very decent. It's in a residential block that connected by two Metro stations and several bus stops. About a 15 minute walk from Burjman metro station (the more major of the two nearby metro stations), Burjman mall, and a bunch of other stores/outlets including Adidas, Sketchers, and Centrepoint. Several eateries all around, but if you're staying here you probably a kitchen to cook your own meals. There are several grocery stores nearby including Spinneys, Carrefour, and local markets like WestZone. Most attractions near downtown are a half hour commute (15 min walk + 15 min metro ride) from this location (i.e. Burj Khalifa, Mall of the Emirates, etc.) You get access to all Savoy establishments in the block, but really the only one you need to care about is Savoy Crest for their larger Gym & Pool. Room is spacious, comes with a washing machine (+ a drying rack), and a desk. All the amenities needed for a remote worker. Internet is excellent. The entire staff was very friendly and diligent, though I will mention housekeeping separately for their excellent service. For a better rate, contact the hotel directly if you're staying one or more months.

The kitchen is equipped with the absolute bare minimum. It gets the job done. Microwave, tiny fridge, and some utensils (which you can thankfully request more of if needed). You will need bowls, a proper knife, and a proper ladle.

This property is worth the money you pay. Everything is perfect. The location is perfect, plenty of options for food of all types.The kichennete is perfect to cook.The staff is very polite and helpful.The swimming pool,gym is perfect for families to enjoy during time in hotel.Metro station is close by.Dubai Frame is 5 min drive, Souq is closeby if you love to walk 1- 2 Kms and take a 1 dirham Abra boat.Burj khalifa and future museum are within 15 min drive.There is a liquor shop closeby,just need to present your passport.

Good and friendly staff, nice & big rooms, huge bed with a lot of pillows, bus to the beach in the morning. Some walking from metro is required - see map. The hotel is nice in its category, for sure. In general, my previous hotel in Dubai had been worse and my next hotel in Dubai moved after Savoy was also worse. And somehow those were reviewed better than this everywhere. I wish in Summer it could be even closer to metro station
