in case you need cleaning service better inform front desk staff when you are going out. I left early morning and I came back late and the apartment was still untidy. - Need to refurbish furniture soon specially the curtains.

The room was incredibly spacious. We really felt at home in a really great location. It exceeded all expectations from the reception and hotel staff to the immediacy in response to requests.

I suppose some more thought could be put into necessities required in the kitchen but otherwise all good.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, they always had a few nice words and really tried to make sure I enjoyed my stay! I stayed for several weeks and they helped with everything I needed, even gave me free breakfasts. The room was good value for the money, especially for Dubai prices. Location is good, it's a great area for a long stay with everything available in walking distance.

Facilities were a bit dated and you could see they've been heavily used for a long time, like the furniture or the bedsheets. But they were clean so it wasn't really bothersome.

we went and booked and stayed in March 2022 was very busy due to the expo, very good value for money and on a decent location, staff was very good with a few minor issues we had and made the stay very worth while, front of house staff were very good and the manager Mr Shahi Imtiaz, made our stay very good by helping us personally. this hotel is a 10/10 for making the guest priority first.

I love how the staff are so welcoming and very helpful. Elman, the security guard, and the housekeeping guys are always so accomodating and nice. The font desk lady is helpful too. It's a great 7 days stay with a great view and everything you need from kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, washing machine and even the clothes hanging rack. It is like living in a hotel with a comfort like a home especially if you have kids like me. Will definitely come back.

I stay here with a child and we like it. Customer service here is really good. All staff was very nice. Thank you to Amit, He is friendly and cleans very good our room. Also Thanks to Asith ( The Lifeguard of the swimming pool), very polite, friendly and good person, also did his job very well. My child liked him so much. Front desk always smiling and always wishing a good day to us. The room is big and very comfortable.

The excellent customer services via by the staff especially staff members parsad, pankash and laxman. They were all good and have tried to meet and exceed our needs and issues regarding our stay there.

The sanitary systems in bathrooms need updating. some of the taps are broken though we had three bathrooms we manage to use those that were in good working condition. The wifi is only available only inside the room and disappear once we step out or go to reception, ideally it should be available all across palace premises and not just in apartment boundary.

Room was clean and tidy. Kitchen is spacious. Staffs were very friendly and helpful most especially the manager. I have been to a lot of hotels and I have never encountered a manager that is very accommodating as Mr. Mohammad Shahi. He greets each and every one of their guests and makes sure that they are well attended.

Have been staying here for years now. Great Location and Reasonable Price. Staff Pankaj and Shahi always make it a pleasant stay!

Telephones Broken, Dirty dusty floors, Dirty Windows/doors and Television Don’t work. I have experienced this same issue many times. I think the Housekeeping staff need to be replaced because the cleanliness of the rooms are very disappointing
