Super nice and helpful staff!!! Good location, nice hotel, nice pool with nice view and very good breakfast! Special thanks to Chef Emanuel! this gentleman is a very professional and helpful, chef who always smiles nicely at breakfast , you feel very welcome! We liked it so much that we have already booked this accommodation for next summer!

Due to a technical problem, we were woken up by the reception the first few nights, these call's were not intended for us but it still went on in our room, we solved this by unplugging our phone. But still the rest of our stay was so good that we think this hotel deserves a 10 rating.

The hotel and the room are very stylish, clean and spacious. We got the upgraded room with the city view, It was relaxing plus the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is connected to the mall, 100s of shops, restaurant and entertainment just a few steps away. The lady at reception, I think her name was Ms Annette. She was very nice and welcoming.

- Although we were in the 13th floor, the room smells food sometimes - One hour breakfast delay & white bread instead of brown although we mentioned twice ! But, they managed very well their apology with a complementary cake, breakfast & cute sorry note :) - Forgot straw when they brougt the juice Suggestion: We need more seats in the taxi waiting area Definitely, will come again :)

- We loved every bit of it! - Very bright and open reception and breakfast area (Canteen) with huge windows overlooking the creek golf club with lush green grass. Nice well designed property, Courteous welcoming Staff, Spacious Rooms with all amenities, Good Bath Room with attached dressing. Ideal Central Prime Location with Mall Connectivity, Secure & Easily Excess-able large Car Parking Facility.

Strongly recommend to make the Floor Lobby & Rooms Floor either totally carpet free or use small carpet rags where necessary. Because, bigger the carpet, more difficult is to maintain cleanliness. As in night, in Room # 1331 observed bugs crawling on carpet around garbage bin & even on top of the the wooden Desk below TV. Also found even with door closed water spilling from Bath to outside WC area.

The Canteen where they serve probably the best breakfast in town.Rooms are big and spacious, Good Price offered, Access to Dera City Center and Metro was an excellent feature. They have many other great features which i will explore in my next trip. InshaAllah

Location os great, connected to the mall and seconds walking to the metro from the mall entrance. Rooms are great and big, clean and stylish. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is nice, great view.

Breakfast was disappointing. Although had a variety, I have seen alot better. One morning it was too crowded and staff was short so had to wait 20 min. For clean glass which is really a shame. Another morning waffles were uneatable as they were burned and hard to chew. Egg station is great. Not too many dessert options, unfortunately. Overall could be much better. Price wise it's ok but comparing to nearby hotels with 4 stars, it's on the higher end.

The creek and golf course view was breathtaking!!! Location was great, I got to shop at the mall without worrying about time and transport. It was easy to navigate around the town too. Breakfast was really good and heavy and hence no need for lunch. The hotel is very clean too with nice interior design, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing off stood out really

I had been coming for holiday in Dubai for years but first time staying at Aloft Hotel and I love everything from the staff, room, breakfast and the location. the staff have been pleasant and nice, especially the F & B staff, sunmita, Kay, Derrick and the F & B Manageress , not to forget Narveen who make sure that we are having a great stay. Thank you to all them for make me feel better with the warm ginger/lemon tea every morning that was great and well appreciated. I will definitely booked again.
