Location is perfect, next to the metro station and the city centre Deira. the Room is large (78m2) with a large balcony (very rare in Dubai). The cleaning staff is very nice, efficient and discret. The hotel is a quite place, you feel like at home. I also love the hotel lobby from where I can work with comfy sofas.
I love sleeping on a hard mattress and in my room the mattress was a bit curvy.

The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was good, it was easily accessible, particularly the City Mall. The Reception staff and Room Service staff were excellent, punctual in all requests.
The carpet in room 1102 should be replaced by a new one. The one in that room looked very old to the extent of producing bad smell. The cleaners for that room, did not appear to apply a houver for all the 8 days we stayed in that room. This was unfortunate.

We love the view. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. You can try the food. Even, if you need any car or taxi they will help you. As I have stayed at the creek view, where you could have an outstanding view.
From room service they didn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste everyday. You have to ask those.

Friendly staff. Ease of adjusting to our request for a late check out and for allowing us to take back our room after our glight has been delayed. Really appreciate.
We didn't get tea bags in the room for 3 days. Since we are fond of tea we felt the lack of tea. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The apartment spacing was perfect, offering ample room to move around and enjoy the stay. The cleanliness of the entire apartment was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic stay.
one challenge we faced was the provision of bathing for the elderly, as the bathrooms only have bathtubs, which can be difficult to step into. On the positive side, the hotel is wheelchair-friendly, making it accessible and convenient for guests with mobility needs
