Apartment was nice and big with beautiful view. The quality and cleanliness was great! Worth the price and location. Location was the best. Connected to mall and close by to eveyrthing. I loved this place so much that i extened my stay! :) We enjoyed New year's Eve Fireworks from our apartment with beautiful view. Thank you Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Residences! For sure will always recommend it to all my family and Friends. & u will see me and my family again!

The accessibility of the mall from the hotel was really helpful especially for families with kids. The staff were really helpful and extremely courteous. The apartment was very cozy. The breakfast was excellent.We had a great stay and will definitely recommend the residence and hotel to families and friends.

The amenities need to be renovated such as the flush doors. The bathroom sink needs to be properly cleaned.

Our main reason for choosing Pullman is its proximity to the Deira City Center. We opted for a studio apartment this trip. It was quite spacious and travelling with kids, having an aptly equipped kitchenette and laundry made it very convenient. Kavin and Filomeno at the reception were good people and greeted and managed us well. The parking floors directly connected to the hotel made it quite convenient for us to move in and out. Our check in was delayed to 5pm but we were compensated with a 3pm check out.

The sofa bed in the studio apartment was a bit uncomfortable and the bed sheets were too thin due to too many washes I believe. The Shower head in rain mode was spraying water all over the half door which caused the water to seep onto the floor drenching the floor mat completely.

Convenient location near airport and walking distance to shopping mall

Careful. There are 2 entrances. One for hotel and one for residence. There is a big sign outside showing City Centre Residence (No Pullman) and I pullover to ask the doorman if this is Pullman. Right away he told me to go the next entrance. First of all, I was already in Pullman Residence (aptly name City Centre Residence) and the door man did not even ask me if I wanted to go Pullman Residence or hotel. Being first time, I was not even aware there are 2 Pullman. I had to go round and round just to get to the right place. I think the doorman need to be properly train in order to avoid such inconvenience.

a true case of 4 star comfort- superb large bed - great room facilities- comfort in every direction- great bathroom- kitchenette adequate

breakfast too elementary and repetitive- meats are processed and inedible - cant get a fried or poached egg, just ready boiled. Cheeses are simple - like huge blocks cheddar, hot meals are rice ,daals, beans so rely on freshly cooked baguette (lovely)

Even though we have visited Dubai on many occasions this was the first time we have stayed at the Pullman Dubai Creek City Residences and Hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate in staying there again or recommend them to anyone who is looking for comfort, location, value for money, cleanliness and exceptional staff. We stayed in a lovely comfortable apartment in the residences side as there is also a hotel which is exceptional to. We did eat here on various occasions in the Medley Restaurant and the La Fabrique sports bar and the food was excellent. All of the staff are a credit to the Pullman hotel a residences as you could not fault them in any way and they were always pleasant and helpful no matter what you asked them. Keep doing what you are doing as it is definitely working and hopefully we will see you again very soon as we a planning another visit.

There was nothing we disliked at all.

It was a very clean apartment. We were able to check in at almost midnight. Staff were very good

It was an apartment that we required for one night only but didn’t have dishwashing liquid or a sponge or washing powder for the laundry. When asked we were told to buy our own. Usually units have a small amount of each

I liked how clean the furniture is. The furniture was not old like other apartment hotels. The colors of the furniture was very peaceful beige and white. The kitchen had all utensils pots knives cutting board. Everything except dishwasher liquid or detergent that you have to buy. Also there was washing machine with dryer all in one. The hotel was connected to city center deira shopping mall.

I didn't like how far was the breakfast restaurant. The guy from the reception told us we have 2 ways to reach the restaurant which was available in the hotel side not the residence side. I had 3 children and two strollers. Either we go down to ground floor then walk across the parking of city center in the hot weather then go inside the hotel and take elevator to 1st floor. Or go to 8th floor go up a small stairs walk through swimming pool area under the scorching sun then another stairs then elevator to ground floor then another elevator to 1st floor. Imagine how hard it is with small kids who are semi sleeping ! Also they should provide more variety of arabic food or at least international rather than focusing on Indian food.

Very comfortable bed,clean and tidy room.The location is perfect,just a short walk through the parking area to the mall.Amazing service ,excellent customer care with Makunda the housekeeper.Anoop was always ready to assist us,such wonderful person.

The bath is the only issue,water are splashed all over the bathroom,causing the floor to be wet.Not ideal for old people.
