Ramah, at the reception desk, treated me very well, extremely accommodating and quick! Raj and the other staff also cleaned room nicely. The staff were all helpful with anything I needed. I came for a surgery, and it needed to stay longer. They were able to extend my stay as needed which I am thankful for. There are 2 grocery stores, salon, and pharmacy downstairs which saved me a lot of time and money. Also many other stores down the street. Enterprise drop off at a hotel in marina was amazing because I walked back to the hotel from the marina after drop off. Also you can walk to the marina faster than driving. There is a bridge that allows you to walk straight to the marina. Great view of the marina downtown

I have to be honest as I am a regular guest so my review should be taken seriously. I love the team. There are many amazing people here so I will start by mentioning two. Ramah is so kind and a brilliant person to me every time I check in. And Priyanka makes me life so happy with her kind and caring ways managing housekeeping. The keep even cares when they are not working - even on their holidays. You have to say this is because of a great leader of the hotel and nice culture. It’s a happy place. But this is just the start of this amazing team. There are many people who deserve to be recognised for making Armada a family to all of the regular guests.

Happy Valentine’s Day! Armada is a special hotel full of special people. I always come back to this hotel but only because of the team. The way the front desk greets me and the way the armada family care for my needs. If you make this hotel a regular place to stay you will not regret it. People can come to a hotel for just one night but they don’t realise that some hotels are like a family and this hotel is a great family. It’s is run by an amazing manager and general manager and the best front desk housekeeping and hospitality team around! The housekeeping are amazing the front desk is so efficient and kind and the security staff are so helpful. The kitchen and bar staff are also amazing. I have been a lucky guest of this hotel for over 4 years now and the same faces are here from the wonderful person that first greeted me on the front desk who now works in the office in reservations. I will tell you to visit armada for the team! They are the best around.

This hotel is so friendly and run like a family. That is why I choose it. Every hotel can make mistakes but what makes this team special is how they respond and how much they care about their guests. This is always my go to hotel in Dubai because I am a regular visitor and I need a good location and an organised efficient service. The front desk reception and bell men are amazing and the housekeeper staff also try so hard to do the best that they can. I would say to anybody to stay here and experience the kindness of this place. I always have with the lifeguards at the pool, too they are like my friends. I will come back next week and will mention a few special members of the team next week after my stay.

The staff are so friendly and helpful

It is a really nice, family friendly hotel. The staff were amazing, they helped to us with everything, for example with the taxies, desert safari or other important information about the city. Especially thanks a lot for the receptionist name Ramah and the lovely woman in the restaurant! ❤️

My flight was earlier than planned and I was checked in without issue well before the time on my reservation - lifesaver after a red-eye flight. The Wifi is in the rooms is great - I was able to make a zoom meeting without hassle or lag.

The only "issue" if I had to say anything was that it is located exactly halfway between two metro stations so if you're travelling with luggage you'll have to walk about 700-800m regardless of which one you get off at - not impossible but Dubai on foot with luggage will work up a sweat.

Good location, they upgraded me to a huge room with a nice spacious living room and that was really cool. Bed was comfortable and had a good rest. Both hotel manager and desk manager were very attentive and provided amazing support on all my requests

Elevators can be a little slow because this hotel has some good restaurants in the same tower
